I would highly recommend experiencing the staff and ambience of this property. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The property was immaculate. You can tell the staff take pride in the property, in their presentation and in their work. It is in a perfect location for walking to shopping, restaurants and skiing when the season opens. We had high expectations and everyone was successful in exceeding them.

This hotel, built in 1889, offers a unique and unforgettable experience in Aspen.||Upon entering the hotel, you have the feeling of being in Ralph Lauren's house. The entire decor is elegant and luxurious in country style. Every detail has been thought out to create a sophisticated atmosphere.||The rooms are spacious and elegant. You don't want to leave the room.||It has several pleasant places to eat and have a drink, such as Prospect and the famous J-Bar.||The hotel has an outdoor area with a swimming pool.||But the real secret lies in the talented and pleasant team led by Stephane Lacroix. We were very well received by Daniela.||A special thank you to Daniel Mora who showed us around the entire hotel.||Definitely the best experience in Aspen for leisure and groups.

This is a really historic and interesting hotel. It’s so western and moody, it’s hard not to catch a vibe here.

The lobby is huge and full of character— I love the layout too so there was no bottleneck at check in.

The rooftop terrace is soooo cute. I love how it’s tucked away but still really spacious. The views are insane up there too. Service is all around great here. The bartenders are all so friendly. The matcha margarita was delicious and they didn’t skimp on the tequila.

Love all the wall paper and the whole aesthetic of this place. Hope to visit and stay here again soon!

No words to describe how wonderful our experience staying at Hotel Jerome was. |There are only a handful of properties around the world that make you feel like you’re home and HJ is definitely one of them. We could not believe how sad we were during and post check-out. I only hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.| Shout out to Dani at the front desk, Stephan the general manager and Simba. You guys really made a HUGE difference in our stay and we loved and enjoyed every minute of it.

First off I would like to thank Stefan for making my stay on my honeymoon amazing. The hotel Jerome is one of the most beautiful hotels located right in the heart of Aspen walking distance to all of the stores, restaurants, and slops. The rooms are fantastic with breathtaking views and the level of service is above and beyond. They have some of the friendliest staff I've met always willing to lend you a hand and asking if they could drive you somewhere within town.

Amazing stay at hotel Jerome! Was here for a conference. Hotel has a lovely shuttle that stole the show… timely, responsive, friendly. Picked me up from conference and took me to airport … who does that? The room was classic: posh, roomy, luxurious, with windows that crack open for fresh air … humidifier included. If I’m ever back in Aspen this is my hotel! Shout outs to Indra, Murilo, front desk staff … Bar Jerome is also a nice touch. Pricey but nice.

My wife and I had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was first class in many ways. The large room had a great view and was very comfortable. The dining and room service proved to be top notch. The experience was great and we would definitely do it again.

An exceptional spot in Aspen. Fantastic staff, food, wine and service. Dog friendly with comfortable rooms. Having stayed in numerous spots in town, this is the only place we’ll come back to.
