Came here recently to help one of my work people find supplies for their costume. The ladies here were very nice and very helpful. They had exactly what my person needed, and they were very happy about it. I highly encourage everyone to check out this store. They are sweet people. I’d definitely come here for any Halloween needs. They have a great selection.

Great costumes and selection but if you're looking to be treated with respect or have good customer service DONT go here . Everytime i come in they give a horrible attitude and don't seem to want anyone there . They will follow you around the store the whole time right up in your face and they will either be rude to you or you will probably witness them being rude to another
customer . Particularly the older ladies there are the worst.

I went on Halloween day and since I stepped in the store the lady had a bad attitude telling me that I can’t have my service dog in the store because the owners allergic ( my dog is hypoallergenic). They were extremely rude and I couldn’t even shop. I had to leave the store.

They have nice stuff, but the two older women that work there are rude and seriously lacking in customer service. They have no patience to allow you to look around, and enjoy your ahopping

I have cancer for the second time & the last time I had it I bought so many expensive wigs that didn't work it wasn't even funny. This time around I went to Incognito & bought a $50 wig that works better than any other wig I've bought! They also have costumes & all kinds of neat stuff, prices vary, I definitely recommend this store.

Clothes are wayyy overpriced! Whitenesses the current workers being rude to another customer! Not sure what the issue is with these ladies or if they have diversity issues but there has not been a time where I’ve not been followed around in this store. I felt like I couldn’t even take a second to look around, because they were breathing down my neck.

I haven't been into Incognito since they were on School St. However they still have the same awesome assortment of items, for Halloween costume use or even regular everyday wear items, things you may not find in any other local store. I loved all of the options available. They had the item needed for our sons costume, just not in correct the size needed. Therefore I'll be doing last minute alterations in lieu of going to Santa Rosa or hoping to find some on Amazon. The only plus I see in that us if he decides to wear or use the specific costume into the future, including adulthood he's got it.
