I have always wanted Christmas lights but felt the cost was too prohibitive. It’s Lit had a reasonable basic option. They arrived when they committed to arrive, did an excellent job (friends commented about how precisely they were placed), and although we did not need it would provide replacement bulbs. They store your bulbs for the next year and give a discount. They are great to work with.

I cannot recommend Its Lit Birmingham highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. Every interaction was met with warmth and efficiency, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their team demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring that every aspect of their service was executed flawlessly. Whether it was prompt communication, expert recommendations, or the flawless execution of their setup, they exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a business that blends both outstanding customer service and technical expertise so effortlessly, but Its Lit Birmingham does just that. What truly stood out was their dedication to ensuring that everything was perfect. Their responsiveness to inquiries, their patience in addressing any concerns, and their willingness to go above and beyond made this experience exceptional. It is clear that they take immense pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their service. If you’re looking for a company that delivers not only in quality but also in heart, Its Lit Birmingham is the one to trust. I would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know. A truly five-star experience!

Garrett was a pleasure to work with, if I had any type issues he was there to ensure me it would be taken care of (2 bulbs went out) and it was within 1 day of me contacting him. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
