I placed an order through Uber Eats that was labeled gluten free, the salt and pepper shrimp. I have an allergy and cannot eat gluten. When it arrived it was cooked in batter. I called and they said the batter is not gluten free. I asked for some remedy to the problem since I paid $19.20 for the entree and could not eat it because it was mislabeled. They had no solution. I had a terrible experience.

Didn’t wanna leave this review but I hate being lied to. I was told chicken wings were made fresh every order as I always ask for FRESHLY MADE. I received my order tonight everything was piping hot the wings however were cold as hell, outside AND inside meaning you didn’t even attempt to warm up old ones you just threw them in the box. I’m so disgusted. ATLEAST pop them in the microwave if you’re going to use old ones. These are awful. And I’ll go elsewhere for wings from now on.

food was nasty all the way around. Crab rangoons were way over cooked as well as had very little to no filling. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and there was no sweet and sour sauce. the egg roll was also over cooked and the inside was cold. The batter on the chicken was overcooked as well but the chicken inside was not cooked all the way. I ordered this at 12:50 they said it would be 20 minutes. I picked up at 1:15 the food should have been fresh instead of overcooked and stale. Overall terrible experience and I do not recommend.

First time eating here. Driving through the area and decided to stop in for their lunch specials. Dining room is old and cluttered. We were the only ones there. Waitress was busy with take-out which seems to be the more popular choice. Food was just ok. Only thing piping hot was the pork chow mein. Probably better choices in the area.

Worst food I've ever tasted. Everything had a yellow hue. Fryer oil was old and dirty. Absolutely inedible. Even the soda was flat.

I placed an order on DoorDash at 4:15 p.m. My Dasher was sending updates about long lines, no organization, and lost and missing orders. At 6:15 DoorDash canceled my order, issued a refund, and my Dasher called me to let what was going on. I realize that it's a busy day for restaurants but this is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from Jade Garden again.

Food was not great Szechuan beef was gross the chicken wings were dry and the deep fried breading was tasteless the rice wasn't freshly made even the fortune cookie were stale. The atmosphere was awful listing to a drunk lady swearing and talking about drugs to someone on her phone when I had my 4 year old with me in the empty restaurant. The service was slow and we were like the only ones in the restaurant and her attitude of hurry up and eat so I can get over with the night wasn't great. Honestly I could keep going but just do yourself a favor and go to China Star across the plaza for much better food and service.

Rude..the only American working there as the cashier and she needs some lessons in customer service. When I asked to speak to the supervisor Cindy she was pleasant and made me understand why I was being charge $2.85 for a delivery charge when I clearly drove there to pick it up my food. I was charged a dollar for broccoli, but the receipt didnt say that. When you have no patience and the only way you know how to speak to someone is like a 2 year old toddler, I think maybe she should rethink her career options. Maybe the Button factory across the street. The food was dry and after reading the reviews, taste like it was left over from the buffet. It's too bad because they could be a successful restaurant with the right ppl.
