My wedding ring that was just two years old had cracked at the head and my diamond fell out. Thankfully my husband found the head with the diamond intact. After a few trial and errors Patrick was able to work with his team to get my diamond back on the band and looking like my original. Had a service appointment for Rhodium dipping for my ring! They did an absolute amazing job between customer service and actually getting the ring done. Because I travel some ways to get to this Jared’s location they get the service done quickly and I make a day out of coming up to this Jared’s location. I’m super thankful for the warranty that Jared’s offers and helping me as quickly as possible as I am allergic to my ring so I NEED to have it rhodium plated multiple times a year. Ray had assisted me and he was super helpful !!

Got both my ring and my boyfriends ring. Mine was custom made and got exceptional customer service by Nick and was very personable, listened to what we wanted. We have been helped by a variety of people Patrick and sometimes Gina, (hopefully right spelling) and everytime we have gotten great service. When my boyfriend gave me my ring , him and Nick created it , the ring was breathe taking. I cannot stop staring at it. I had a ring made for my boyfriend to match my ring. We have enjoyed coming in .

I went in and was greeted quickly by Jeanna. She helped find what I was looking for and answered all my questions. She was professional and talked me through what she was doing with my sale.
