Gabby has an exquisite eye for detail and how to create the perfect look. I can never find anything professional that fits me right, but Gabby went as far as to take clothes off of mannequins and running back and forth to the back to search for pants I liked so they would fit me right. She went above and beyond to find me exactly what I needed for school, and this was the first time I’ve left a store with not only a single item of clothing that was good enough, but multiple outfits that were catered to me that I actually felt good in. All of the employees are extremely kind and helpful, but I would definitely recommend booking a styling appointment with Gabby because she will listen to your likes and dislikes with no judgement or force, and create outfits that line up with your vision. She without a doubt dress you to perfection with items that are not only styled well, but that you truly feel good in!! 5 stars!! Everyone who works at J Crew University Park is amazing, but especially Gabby!!! You will 100% leave the store feeling more confident than when you arrived! Absolutely amazing customer service and stylists all around!! Thank you!!

The new store is stellar, super clean. Beautiful displays. However, I was very unimpressed with the unfriendly staff. They were extra rude when I didn’t want to give them my email. She told me she had to have it to check me out (which is not true because I use to work there and know for a fact there is a skip button) and they let me know how annoyed they were by me saying no. I then found out the kids shirts I was buying were on sale so I asked which ones were because I was going to go back and snag some more and they had a very snippy response of “only the ones marked as final sale” I told them I was asking because nothing was marked and she wasn’t kind in her response. I decided not to ask for more info because at this point I didn’t want to buy from them anyway and I got online and purchased from the website. I do feel like they need a lesson in customer service because that was not is.

Love it when I can find things in the sale section! Had to alter a fitted blue oxford shirt, but the great price made it acceptable. My new cashmere sweater will go with anything this winter. Simple t-shirts are the best for cruising! I really like the quality of their clothes.

I did have to go back because they missed the discount on an item that I didn't notice until the next day. They apologized and quickly took care of the issue, so they are pleasant to work with.

Very nice and kind staff but in no way pushy. Quality at J Crew is amazing compared to their outlet. This store is limited on products but I’ve found most J Crew are except ones in NY. Several times I’ve wanted something not in stores and they have been very helpful in ordering it and having it shipped to my house for free. They always know what coupons and sales codes are available for card holders and I walk out usually can’t believing what a good deal I got. My main gripe with J Crew is wishing the sales online and in stores matched up. I like to try on their clothes because my size can vary from XXS to S in tops. I usually have my online cart pulled up and then compare prices. Most of the time online is cheaper except with birthday bucks they give. That always works better in the store.

Staff is incredibly kind, patient and wonderful. 4 stars simply because the store lacks variety in clothes that other larger stores offer.

Melissa is a fabulous store manager! She knows our names and greets us every time we walk in the door. They go above and beyond to help me purchase items online or from other stores.

Do not recommend. Not inclusive and no diverse staff. I went in today for a coat. NO ONE greeted me, in fact, the sales associate just stared at me fro afar. 3 mins later a white customer walks in and she IMMEDIATELY greeted them. I was trying on coat in front of store and all of a sudden she walks to front and just stands there. I felt so uncomfortable. I will NEVER shop here again.

We came there tonight browsing the Black Friday sales and had an amazing experience primarily due to Christian one of the managers. He was so professional, friendly and helpful.
