I don't know why others are complaining so much. This is a fine facility for all your law enforcement needs! The folks working here are friendly and work fast to take care of you. I guess if you broke the law and were on the other side of the wall, your experience might be different, but I guess that is to be expected.

My simply safe alarm went off around 2am and although I thought I canceled it, it cashed dispatch anyway. Three officers showed up and knocked on the door, explained the situation and let me know that they looked around to make sure things were safe. I’m sorry for the false alarm but I’m grateful to know that they were there to help. Thanks night shift crew!

I witnessed an encounter with two Sherrifs and two citizens and the officers could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. The Officers clearly knew the laws and respected the rights of the citizens they were advising. Obviously, Jefferson County trains their officers very well.

Food was so so, no salt or pepper. The only really shitty thing to happen when I spent time. Was when the gard put his fingers in the Dixie cups with my contact lenses in them. They kick you off the lobby at 9pm.

Have had multiple issues with people speeding down my street. I have reported so many times and even given the plate and address of the worst speeders only to be told " Do you really expect us to do anything for a few speeding complaints?" ... Guess you're going to wait until someone gets hit and dies before you do anything? Makes me wonder why you're funded so well when you clearly do baseline requirements for your community

Haven't had the opportunity of visiting this fine establishment just yet. If it runs anything like their customer service on the phone that's if you actually get through to speak to someone...I'll just count my blessings and thank god I I'll never have to. My poor rider I been trying to put this money on your books since you got there, but on their end you haven't even got there, lady on the phone I spoke to had the rudest tone in her voice like i was interrupting her, sry lady. She told me to try back in a couple day's? smh. Says right infront of me you're there.Ffffffffffffffrusting as a mfr.
