Snobby sales staff. I walked in today and another woman walked in behind me with a j jill bag return. They greeted her and totally ignored me. Not a hello, etc. Don't need their overpriced old ladyish clothing. Went to the Loft across the corridor and spent my money there.

Went there last Saturday 18th, and both of the ladies in the store were very attentive and friendly. The store associates had very good input for outfits. In addition the store is very well organized and easy to shop in. They also follow great protocols during the pandemic, after each person uses the dressing room they sanitize it between uses.

Being a male looking for clothing for my wife, I was obviously looking clueless walking into a women's clothing store. The staff saw that and was quick to offer help. They were not pushy at all and gave a respectable distance as I first brushed them off (politely). They approached again after about 10 minutes of my wanderings to come in for the KILL! Ha ha.

Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about they're wares. They helped me find a proper top (color, fabric, and all) for a sweater thing I bought at another store minutes ago. That was just what I needed too.

The store seems to have fashions for adult woman, more on the professional to casual dress side of things.
