Offers tons of services, whether you're looking for some paint, getting a copy of your key, if you need your knife sharpened, some fishing gear, or even a new gun this is the place to go. I've never seen such a large Ace store. And they're pet friendly. They loved my dog, and they always ask me when I'm bringing her back.

Placed an online order through the Ace Hardware app for this specific location. The online portion was hassle free and easy. Picking up my order was simple, fast and the sales associate was friendly. I didn’t browse the inside of the store but from what I could see from the check out line it seemed well organized and well stocked. I’d return to do business here again.

Need better customer service, I asked a man to help me & he acted like he didn't hear me , then I repeated myself he said "I heard you" we are busy doing other things. I said but the customer always comes first, right? Right? He finally said yes. Never again..

We purchased a generator from Kanes Ace Hardware a couple days before hurricane Milton hit.As with Helene we knew we were going to lose power. We were not only in a evacuation area but also a mobile home so we stored the generator in a high and dry storage area. We were gone for 3 days. On our way back out neighbor called and said the power was restored. Great news. But when we tried to return the generator Kanes would not accept anything related to hurricanes we even had 2 flashlights that never worked. The generator was never used in fact never removed from the box. We got some song and dance about what if everyone wanted to return items they would go broke. Made me wonder where was the compassion for the hurricane victims. Even though we had very little damage we still lost a lot of $ .being on a fixed income..this was money it will take a long time to recover from..According to Bob the manager it was all about the money he would lose by giving us our money back.That store made a boat load of money selling hurricane supplies. Guess Ace hardware has no heart..it's all about greed. Wonder what Bob did to help out his community in this time of need? We all know the answer don't we...P.S..there were not signs posted all over the store however In very very fine print on the receipt (after the purchase) it did say 30 day returns.

Friendly and well stocked for anything you may need. Pay for propane in store then drive out back and hope someone shows up to fill your tank or you have to call to ask for help.

You know that it’s not Home Depot or Lowe’s because they don’t have all the things that you would want to buy but they do have the very best service. If you need guidance, assistance finding tools or just about anything hardware related, this is my go to store. Everyone seriously knows their stuff and are happy to provide their time in helping solve your problems. Great job!

Went here today to pick up a couple things, everybody was very helpful. The store is very clean and well stocked. They have a lot of unique gifts.
