The man and woman who work here were extremely sweet and really cared about the clothes we needed altered. My clothes were cut and finished exactly how I wanted them to be. I'm very short so I have to get a lot of my pants cut to a shorter length and I come to Keith's every time. They do a wonderful job and I 100% recommend this store!

Called to ask if I could have my button down and pants tailored in a few days and I was meet with attitude telling me I need more time and such then I said alright and he just hung the phone up. I didn’t appreciate how he handled that could have been more respectful. And I was aware that it was short timed but I work in the entertainment industry and things come up last minute. So I’ll just go elsewhere.

I ordered a dress online for my son's wedding. Of course it came in a week before I traveled. I had my fingers crossed as I took my dress in for a hem to Keith's Alterations. Not only did he hem my dress but he suggested altering the dress too. The dress was a little big on the shoulders however I wasn't going to ask because I was already pushing it with the hem. Well, he fixed that too. The dress was a perfect fit! Thanks Keith Alterations.

Oh, I almost forgot. He altered my daughters dress, too. Perfect fit, also!
