Most rude and over priced place ive ever saw guy checking out had a bathroom kit that you buy from store and she argued with the guy that it was 5.75 each item in the kit. Which was more expensive then bed bath and beyond. I had to walk out while my mom shopped (and bought nothing) because i was ready to say something. Also my 5 year old had to use the restroom and they had the area blocked with a couch. You must have to buy couch for them to move it to use rest room. The "key" of this place is getting better attitudes

Definitely will not shop here ever again, the employees at the homosassa location are always rude and lazy, was there Saturday and wanted to purchase a piece of furniture, but the skinny long haired lady said that someone in the store (which was maybe 10 people) may the tag, but yet we find 6 pieces that had no tags, so she said straight out and I quote "what am I supposed to do go ask every customer" and the cashier Definitely needs customer service skills. So with that said Saturday was the last day this store will ever see our money, so if like dealing with lazy rude employees then this is your place, and no this isn't the first time we've had issues with the staff.

Food thrift store but their selection of men's clothing was limited. But the employees were friendly enough.

Putting permanent marker to identify clothes that are considered "high value" is just ridiculous. Every other thrift store finds a way to mark boutique items without damaging them. Have yawl ever heard of a chalk marker? The prices are astronomical compared to other thrift stores as well. Electronics that have no warranty or guarantee have prices that are equal to AMAZON prices. Twice now I've heard the employees complaining about customers who question prices. Goodwill at least has a system to ensure fair pricing. Key training has three large thrift stores in the county, that are always packed. They are not hurting for profit. The items are dirty, and often times have damage that is not seen in store but noticed when the item is already purchased. They do not have paper to wrap glasses!! They send customers home with glasses thrown into grocery bags. The biggest problem is the prices in comparison to other thrift stores in this area, employees must not be given any training to be able to price things fairly. I will no longer donate or shop at Key training. Herrys will get my business from now on.

Great pricing on clothing!

Couple complaints.

1 - They use permanent marker on items to write pricing. I can not get it off some of my items. Is it that expensive to have a sticker? I will not buy a purse with a marker price right on it.

2 - The man working today 12/12/21. Obviously didn’t want to be there. Not friendly at all. This was my first time in there and I apparently missed out on reward points!? He didn’t even ask me! But asked my mom!

3 - They don’t clean anything up at all. Some of the items are pretty gross for the price. Some things had such a thick layer of dust of it just turned me off from buying it.

Good thrift store. Worth taking a look. Some useful miscellaneous items. I'm not sure about the furniture, seems a bit pricey for the condition/smell. But they have their sales for different things on different days so it may be worth it when furniture is on sale. Lots of miscellaneous hardware stuff in the back that someone may need for a home improvement project
