Rats is what they are in that KIA of Abilene, my Kia had the check light on and I went to AutoZone they did the diagnosis for free and they told me I had to replace a sensor, I went to this place "Kia of Abilene" to find out the price to replace that sensor and they said that they have to connect it to be sure what that is, then they bring me the invoice and tell me that it is 350 dollars to replace the sensor that it was the same and I told them that I do not have that money to replace it in that moment and they charged me 140 for the diagnosis that I already knew and I showed him that I had from AutoZone, what thieves!

Ratas es lo que son en ese KIA of Abilene, mi carro Kia, tenía el check light on y fui a AutoZone le hicieron el diagnóstico gratis y me dijeron que tenía que reemplazarle un sensor, fui a este lugar “Kia of Abilene” para saber el precio de reemplazar ese sensor y dijeron que tienen que conectarlo para estar seguro que es eso, luego me traen la factura y me dicen que son 350 dólares para reemplazar el sensor que si era el mismo y le dije que no tengo ese dinero para reemplazarlo en ese momento y me cobraron 140 por el diagnóstico que ya yo sabía y le enseñe que yo tenía de AutoZone, que ladrones!

Just had my car serviced for some recalls. Dealt with Michael (don’t quote me because bad with names but I believe that was his name) and service was fantastic. He told me it would probably be 3-3.5 hours and my car was ready before that and everything was perfect. He thought he might not have parts for one fix and worked with us to get a solution for an interim fix till I could come back. Ended up having the parts so that was a good surprise! Overall great experience.

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would! About a year ago I purchased and used cash vehicle, not even 30 days later the vehicle began having issues. They insisted on fixing the problem with no charge so of course I agreed. When I tell you I had to take the car up there to get fixed every month I’m not even exaggerating! They replaced in total 6 knock sensors in less than a year time span! The last time I went to get it fixed it started messing up as soon as I got on the highway! I immediately turned around and went back to question why it wasn’t fixed they explained that it needs a new motor (which this particular vehicle has a recall on) so basically they sold me a lemon vehicle with a messed up motor and when I became frustrated with the situation all the manager said was “Well it happens” and wasn’t reasonable at all with helping find a solution in the their wrongdoing. I’m a single mother and a current college student that’s also working I saved and saved for this vehicle to get me and my kids from point A to B. So many problems came out of them knowingly selling me a messed up car. I had no transportation to and from work and my kids also missed numerous days of school! The whole experience with this dealership was cruel and painful for my family! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!

I have been blessed by Kia of Abilene folks everyone was super nice. KYLE BRALEY! Has been amazing been in touch with me multiple times. I got a screw in the tire. They had to special order it in the tire Automotive section was amazing as was KYLE checking on me multiple times to make sure everything was working correctly. Thank you KIA.

I was sold a vehicle by Kyle (K2). It started having issues within a week of having it. Well I’m sure the issue was there all along but they put bandaids on it until you drive off the lot so they’re no longer responsible. The service department ordered the wrong part for my car. They were supposed to pay for a rental for me for the day and never sent the paperwork to Enterprise so I went without a rental. Long story short save yourself the trouble and take your money elsewhere!

Naturally, I was upset when someone hit and totaled out my beloved car so, I went over to Kia Of Abilene and made car history! 😄 I love my new car (2025 Kia Seltos) This is my 3rd Kia vehicle and they never disappoint!!! The staff here are very professional,
wonderful and knowledgeable not only about the Kia brands but about varies other brands such as Ford, Nissan, Chevrolet etc as well. They go to work for you, they get you the best deal possible! When I came into this dealership I didn’t have high hopes of successfully getting into a vehicle at all. I went to several dealerships before hand that turned me away, because of the bankruptcy on my record even though I make good money. I had recently bought a car for cash that went out on me after a month and it wasn’t fixable. So I lost all that money and was left without a car. I have two children so I was desperate which they could’ve very easily taken advantage of me when I came into Kia, but that ended up not being the case at all! Kyle Braley and their wonderful finance team worked with banks for several hours to get me into a vehicle and even stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of! They came through for me in the end and I’m so grateful for the hard work and kindness I received. Thank you Kia!
