This place was so easy to work with and the grass they supplied was in great shape. It’s appeared to be cut that morning. Delivery was right when they said and placed the pallets where I asked. We went with VorTEX HYBRID BLUEGRASS BLEND and thankful we did. It rooting in two weeks and is very green! Will reference them for friends getting new sod.

I had Korby come out the day before the 4th of July. They did my whole backyard and it looked beautiful. There were some browner spots that worried me, so I kept my eye on them and watered them a little extra. I guess it was just some fluke sod as it bleached out within a couple days. (I thought I just over watered them… is that possible in Colorado? ?) I sent them a picture of how bad it had gotten and they said they would replace it. They came out today and replaced MORE than I figured they would, and it looks fantastic! They were fast and professional and the employees didn’t laugh too hard at my minimal Spanish ?. Thank you so much for going above my expectations! I will forever recommend you!

Korby Sod has been great from start to finish. I originally started calling for information back in late 2021. With temps finally rising we decided it was time to get our sod done. They answered all of my questions and were always so friendly. They do offer an a la cart service so you can choose to add on options such as prep work, compost, etc. as to work with your budget. We decided to have them prep and deliver all of our goods so all we would have to do is install. I was working when the delivery and prep-work was done so it was to my surprise when they had accidentally installed it too due to a mix up. I thought my husband was trying to surprise me by having them install, but instead I received a nice call from one of the Korby Sod employees letting me know of the mistake and they hoped that did not affect any other projects we had to do -- it did not and it was the best mess up I could have asked for, it not only looks great but saved me some more hard labor after moving rock for 3 weeks 🙂

The install guys were so amazing, they listened when I showed them where my sprinklers were and were so fast -- it would have taken me at least two days to finish this without them!
