Landmark Design installed landscape lighting on a few structures on my property and wow! Before, you couldn't see my house from the road. It felt unsafe how dark everything was when I would pull in my driveway. Now, not only can you see my structures, but it made everything look bigger, more substantial, like someone lives there! Chase did a great job shining the lights at the correct angles as to not shine into my house, he walked me through the installation process and the expected outcome. The entire process went as planned, he talked me through the different costs and stayed within my budget without the pressure of up-selling. My house looks fantastic from the road! It was the best thing I could do to improve the curb appeal of my home at night. I have received multiple compliments from the neighbors! I highly recommend working with Chase and Landmark Design!

From day 1, Chase was upfront on cost, willing to incorporate needs for certain lighting requests, and accommodating on meetings/calls/demos. The fact he was willing to perform a demo at no cost prior to contract acceptance won us over. Start to finish we were impressed. The installation was non-invasive in terms of times/dates and impact to our lawn. We love our property so much more now and feel safer with the strategic lighting placements. We have neighbour's who have lighting by Landmark and liked what we have seen so called Chase who came over and gave us a quote for lighting our driveway, flower beds and house. The nice thing, other than the finished product and Chase being a very friendly individual, is he never once tried to upsell us and told us what we did and did not need. We could not be happier with the finished lighting and will be getting him back to light our backyard.

I had Chase Beasley, owner of Landmark Design Company, come to my home to see if he could "remedy" the existing landscape uplighting
that was done in my back yard, as I was never pleased with the work or design the first lighting company did. After meeting with Chase , I hired him to re-do this outdoor lighting. He did a fabulous job - what a difference it made in the aesthetical "look" of my yard ! I could write paragraphs about the thorough work process and courteous efforts he extended; but since limited space is available, I'll just say when he finished repositioning and changing the uplighting, it TRANSFORMED my yard ! And he was terrific to work with. Highly recommend him !
