This was my first time using this company and though my items have not shipped yet I had to take the time to thank Ebony for see services thus far. Firstly, I ask a lot of questions because I’m new to this, but she did not get aggravated or rude. She provided great detail and was extremely responsive to inquiry by phone and email. In this day and age where customer service literally sucks and people don’t even know their job, I truly appreciate people that do their job well. I usually have great service from this company in the US and over seas.
However, they need to review the call representative Ashnia- she has a horrible attitude. You do not get aggressive to customers over the phone for no apparent reasoning. The call is recorded listen to the approach from the customer at the beginning vs the approach from the employee.
Speaking over a customer while they’re responding is a huge no.
An international sensitive case that’s required attention she has a narrow minded mindset in problem solving. The system has all the info on the on who signed of for packages sent. However and international breech regarding unknown details besides a package requires to pick up and accurate information. If I can verify all information on the account, all transaction details should be given. Giving attitude to customers who literally spend thousands in shipping and recommended the company it’s awful.
I asked to speak to a manager after I called her out on her attitude.
Also, during closing the call, she hung up mid sentence as well as while placing on the call hold.
Review the laws.

I’m waiting for the supervisor to return my call back after being on a so called phone call. How can you respond to an employee’s question while on another call.
All events aren’t adding up especially when someone knows the system.
Hopefully she knows the phonetic alphabet.
If you don’t want to work stay home.

Will never do business with this company after today nor recommend.

I am so frustrated with Laparkan Shipping Miami. I shipped two shipments through them last year. The first one arrived in October 2024. I check my items and they were missing quite a few items, I filed a claim and as of March 14, 2025; it has not been resolved. The second shipment arrived December 2024 and this shipment was missing my new Queen mattress. The box spring was here but the mattress disappear from the warehouse. My 75" Samsung TV was damage on the front and back beyond repair along with my complete bedroom set including the headboard, dresser, nightstand etc. The shipment was to include my scooter of which they decided to shipped it separately so my fee's would double. As of today, both of my claims has not been resolved and Miami has not reached out to me once to assured me that the items I entrusted to them would be reimbursed to me. I will never shipped with LAPARKAN SHIPPING AGAIN.
It's the worse customer service I have encounter in my lifetime..
