Unprofessional manager ! While he initially seemed pleasant it appears it was not authentic concerning the curtisie of returning his promised call to me ... giving him the benefit of perhaps he was too busy I reached out again with NO REPLY once again ! My interest in the company was professional however you lost a customer as well ! I refuse to shop here , how unfortunate as it was highly recommend to me as a new comer to Birmingham !

Got in touch with leaf and petal for my wedding details and what I needed. Margeret told me to send her pictures, I sent her pictures of everything I wanted. However, I never heard back from Margeret so I gave her a call she said she would get back to me soon I waited a couple of days and there was nothing from her about my detailed quotes. So I sent her an email telling her how disappointed I was. She proceeded to tell me “leaf + petal is not available for your wedding”
So I will just say this place is extremely unprofessional, and with wedding planning already being stressful, this place does not help. I would not recommend any bride to do business with this place! If I could give them a ZERO rating I would.

I purchased some seeds anyway but when asking about jewelry we were given the brush off. The jewelry was in a locked case.We are not locals but visitors. I had been sick and was not dressed enough I suppose to attain the magical status to recieve full service. Even if I had not purchased, courtesy to customers or potential customers should be maintained. It has lovely items. Potential in shopby attendants for snobbism is high. Wear your good clothes for service and flash money might possibly help.
