I’ve only eaten in the restaurant, not stayed in the hotel, but the food is delicious. Not heavy or greasy, salads are fresh, everything we’ve ordered has been good. The dining room is cozy and has a lovely view towards the water. Staff has always been very pleasant. An unexpected delight hidden in a residential neighborhood.

A small family dinner together to celebrate a birthday was a feast of food sights and sounds. The food was excellent with 1902 burger, crispy chicken sandwich and fish and chips. Generous portions and fries that surpassed even the main course! Wait staff appeared somewhat less experienced but very polite and attentive. 5pm reservation and the placed was packed.(Sat. Nite). Had to sit in bar area but was treated with great live music.Parking is challenging but worth the extra steps.

Hum, let me be honest with you. The portions for brunch were small yet rather tasty. I thought that there would be a buffet, however, this only occurs on holidays. The atmosphere was lovely and inviting but I was on a date from hell.....

Went there on Saturday afternoon for lunch. Beautiful place, however it was cold and empty. We were told to pick our table by the one very unpleasant server there. Asked if she could turn on the fireplace, she said no she did not know how to turn on the gas. She then told us the bar was not open as there was no bartender available so we would not be able to have cocktails. We said we would probably leave and she responded "please do so". Apparently she did not want our business. Another couple came in as we were discussing leaving and they also left. What a shame. We went to Langley's instead and were met with a warm fireplace, cozy atmosphere and incredible, friendly service.

The lighthouse Inn is a beautiful building located right off the ocean in New London. It has beautiful scenic views and the interior is equally as stunning. Our church’s Volunteer Appreciation Banquet was held at the Lighthouse Inn and it was a great celebration! The staff were friendly, the food was delicious and the event was held in a gorgeous and spacious blue room. Thank you to everyone at Lighthouse Inn who made our time there memorable.

I ordered the Twisted Monte Cristo for brunch and it was amazing! The sauce was delicious. The service was amazing, I felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was so relaxing and I sat near the window where I had an amazing view of the ocean. The building itself is beautiful and I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch at the Lighthouse Inn. My wife and I were in town visiting family. My nephew was kind enough to make a reservation for our group of six. We were greeted by Donna who explained what was going on at day. There were production crews on site as filming of a Hallmark movie was underway. The sets were in both the dining room as well as the pub. All that was required of us was when asked, we needed to remain silent while cameras were rolling.
Our waitress Donna was amazing and very attentive, we laughed and over indulged it was turned out to be a three hour adventure. We had Cauliflower Tempura and Calamari for apps, the lobster bisque was excellent. I did the NY Strip and it was cooked to perfection (medium rare) and was tender and delicious.
No one in our group had anything bad to say about our meals. I will definitely visit Lighthouse Inn when we are back in town.
