Stumbled upon these guys, and I’m so glad I did. They are a hour and a half from where I live, and totally worth it the drive. Purchased a Volvo from them a couple months ago. John was a pleasure to work with. He’s professional, knowledgeable, honest, and more of an enthusiast than a salesman. The car was detailed and serviced prior to being posted. Completing the purchase with Anthony was quick and easy, as he had all of his ducks in a row. Truly a team of professionals here, and you can tell the minute you walk in the showroom. It really was everything you would want out of a car buying experience. I’m really happy to have found these guys, and I’ll be going right back when my wife needs a new car.

It was such an amazing experience I bought a 2012 Volvo S80 at the end of December 2024. It was the best decision i made coming to Litchfield Hills. I could not have had a better purchasing experience! I was torn between two different dealerships that had similar vehicles (year, make, model, mileage, price). But Litchfield Hills made sure that the vehicle was in impeccable shape, which was evident in what I believe was a 50-point inspection. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. The pricing was fair. Even more than that, John and Anthony were very personable! They even provided recommendations for shops in my area for maintenance. I can absolutely see why they are rated so highly and highly recommend this dealership!
