Wow! This restaurant is a must experience for fine dining in Mountain Brook! Each item from the menu deserves its own lengthy praise, but alas I will attempt to keep this review short and sweet.
We started off our evening with the wagyu croquettes that were beyond tasty, crispy and savory. The theme of savory continued with our amazing caesar salads; from the dried lemons, to the dressing and the perfectly crisp lettuce, the caesar salad was exquisite. Our entrees included a delectable papardelle with white truffle on top and the 12 oz bone in strip that was so delicious and cooked to perfection. No steak meal is complete without french fries and the gouda fries were delish!
As any patron knows, the server is crucial in a dining experience and Jason made our night fabulous. My expectations are very high when dining and Jason checked off every box! My husband and I loved every aspect of our dining experience at Little Betty and we look forward to returning and trying the desserts!

I had a wonderful experience at Little Betty. My server Douglas made the experience magical. He made sure I celebrated my birthday even though it was in July. He was knowledgeable about the menu and gave perfect recommendations. The food was so good. One of the best burgers in Birmingham. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

I had the best experience here. I sat at the bar and was met with a warm welcome from the staff. Ebony, who was working at the bar, took great care of me. She was able to give me great suggestions on food items and she was very attentive. The host were also very welcoming. The atmosphere is very upscale and laid back. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends. The pasta dish I ordered was absolutely amazing!!!

From the moment you walk up, you know the experience is going to be special. The charming exterior leads to a mesmerizing interior. I found myself staring at every details or architecture and decor for the first 30 minutes.
We were promptly greeted by our server, Dallas, and offered complimentary champagne in celebration of our anniversary. Most menu items aren’t intended to be shared and since this is a live language of mine, that’s how we proceeded.
Bone marrow to start. I typically steer toward the more unusual menu items, so I’ve had bone marrow on many occasions. The presentation was beautiful, the fig was an excellent compliment to the oily, flavorful marrow, and the portion was perfect for two. My husband chose the second course of Caesar salad. My excitement for the salad was non-existent, but post-consumption, there has not been a day I haven’t thought about how incredible it was. Cured lemons, I was told, are the magic ingredient. For the entree, we chose the aged ribeye with fries. My husband is a sucker for streak frites. The ribeye was delicious; perfectly cooked, perfectly tender. Although a steak house, I felt the ribeye was overshadowed by everything else. Which is not necessarily a bad thing. I’ll return and order steak and I’ll return and order an alternative entree. Again, it was our anniversary, so dessert was a requirement. The tiramisu was outstanding. Extremely creamy and lighter on the espresso. I’d go back just for a salad and dessert! #girldinner

I love a lengthy dinner experience, so we took our time; 2.5 hours and never felt rushed. We brought our own bottle of wine ($35 corkage fee) and enjoyed that after the complimentary champagne. I’m a port lover, but opted for the See the Elephant Amaro and was extremely pleased.

It was fun watching the restaurant transform during our visit. It started off with a romantic, warm environment and as 9pm approached became a more lively spot for larger gatherings and celebrations.

Hidden gem in Mountain Brook, Alabama. Menu boasts unique local items and well as speciality items from around the world. Wait staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Wonderful atmosphere for dining.

I had the best first time experience at Little Betty. Phoenix, who answered my calls was awesome in assisting me with my reservation. My server Andrea was amazing. I was very pleased with my service, food and drinks. The ambiance, decor and atmosphere was so inviting and exquisite. I will definitely be visiting again. The Caesar salad and Spaghetti was delicious.

The food was extremely flavorful! I ordered the Roasted Black Cod with a side of Brussels Sprouts and whipped potatoes. My sister tried the Tiramisu for a birthday dessert; delicious! Douglas was amazing and gave great recommendations!

It was our first time dining at Little Betty and I have to say the anticipation was worth the wait. The dining experience was a delight from start to finish. The impeccable service the moment we walked in set the tone for a wonderful evening. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were spot on. The tuna veil appetizer was not only a beautiful presentation but was probably one of the best appetizers I’ve eaten. It was light, refreshing and full of flavors. I highly recommend starting with this dish. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were enough to share. The house made ice cream was the perfect ending to a memorable evening at Little Betty.
