Judge was nice enough to let me talk
public defender tried just to give me another court date after court date and never end Atty played district atty job instead defended me , I wanted to be able to talk to the judge and let him know they changed the story from customer didn’t pay balance to tried to make me not licensed contractor! I opened my company 2008 I have all whatever needs to operate my business legally and nothing stopped me in the past from working and making a honest living to provide whatever my kids needs and nothing will stop me
There is corrupt officers in the law system and who you know and if a competitor want to shut your business down , or you have problems with somebody don’t like you easy can set u up fake police report fake charged and put u in jail even harnesses you and give u tickets this what they did to me and arrested me good thing god is good and there is a good judges they can investigate the , I was dismissed for all courts before and judge gave me another court date and I m sure he is a fair man and i will be dismissed thank you your honor you let me talk my mind and defend my self , god bless America

Two years ago my boyfriend got a traffic ticket we paid the website on the ticket and went about our life. Two years later we got a letter in the mail saying we didn't pay the ticket and have 30 days before his license is suspended. So after going back and forth from sheriffs office to the clerk of court we found out we paid the sheriff's office instead of the clerk of court. We paid what was on the ticket and now we have to pay to get his license reinstated because it was "past due". when in reality we never got a notice or anything in the mail saying his license was gonna be suspended. It is ridiculous that we have to pay the DMV $200 when we paid on time but the wrong place because the police officers are giving tickets with false information.

Prices are high. Cops may be rude but you gonna pay one way or the other. Lived there 10 Years and have seen it get more and more towards the small town gov. Take over. Love the area but I moved because it was just not the same anymore. They do good tho. ...

Fast, friendly service. This Clerk of Court serves Livingston Parish ONLY and does NOT serve the municipality of Denham Springs the city. I live much closer to this location than the one in the town of Livingston. This Clerk of Court can do anything that the Clerk of Court can do at the 21st Judicial District Court in Livingston, LA. The office is here to help you with everything from marriage licenses to mortgage certificates, records searches and more. This office is also responsible for filing all civil suits, selecting citizens for jury duty, and conducting all elections within the parish.

It’s a courthouse how wonderful could it be lol but overall my experience was great and the staff working amongst the building were very helpful and friendly.
