The place seemed clean and the staff I interacted with were genuinely nice. That being said, I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of care that was taken with my nails. I have FOUR painful spots on my fingers where the natural parts of real nails were over-filed, cracked, and improperly cut. On top of that one of my fingers got nicked with the electric drill. It bled immediately but no steps were taken to properly sanitize the cut until I washed my hands when my nails were done. It didn’t stop there.. the gel on my pedicure was sloppily painted on and nothing was done to correct it. After I was done with the pedi/mani I waited at the front desk to speak to someone about my issues but was ignored by 4 different people who had made eye contact with me. I didn’t want to spend another minute there so I left after a few minutes of waiting. For what I paid for these services I feel taken advantage of. Please do not go here without heavily researching which nail tech to go with.

I have been coming here for a while now, lately the service has gone downhill. This is the second time I come on Sunday. The male that sits in-front with the clipboard has done my acrylic nails but leaves them too thick and lifted. It seems like they are rushing to get clients out..

Fancy place, terrible service!!! Person that did my nails seemed like she was not at all interested in her job, didn’t clean my nails properly or remove the excess overgrown nail skin even though I asked her too! She just dipped my nails in the powder! Didn’t put the top coat on correctly! It’s missing from certain spots! My nails look so terrible! For the amount they charged it’s not worth going to at all!!! I love getting my nails done! But it was my first and last time at this place

I've been coming here since they opened. Today I got the worse manicure. Steve was who did my nails. He burned through the nail as he was removing old polish
He evidently was in a hurry as he never asked me if my nails looked ok plus they are not shaped well. Very unfriendly & when paying I was charged an extra $5.00 which still don't know why couldn't understand them - never had that charged before. Not once did they say they was sorry when I voiced my complaint. Thankfully there are other nail salons. Just in too big of a hurry & didn't care. I told him some of my fingers have arthritis so be gentle - he seemed disgusted & took deep breaths but still was pretty rough. I usually never leave bad reviews but could not refrain as seemed no one cared including front receptionist.?

First time getting a full set done here, and I can say I am very satisfied and happy with the results!! STEVE did an amazing job ? I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it!!! ? I will definitely be coming again! I have found the perfect spot! Everyone is friendly and place is so clean!!

I've been coming to this salon consistently for almost two years, and I always leave with beautiful nails! I've worked with multiple nail technicians here, and they're all great, but Lee is my favorite! They all do dip/powder nails in such a way that they don't lift, which makes all the difference for longevity! Lee does an exceptional job with shaping nails and applying a consistent yet thin powder coating, which makes for the most beautiful dip manicure! The team has fun with each other, and it's overall a great environment and experience. I highly recommend Magic Nails to anyone looking for a new salon!

Absolutely amazing time with Ahn. She was Kind, detailed, and listened to everything I had to say and how I wanted my nails. Did the Gel-X and it was so different than acrylic but I absolutely love it. She is talented and wonderful to talk to.

Came back a few weeks later and had Steven do a new set of GelX because mine were a little long for my taste and he was absolutely AMAZING! Very detailed and listened to what I wanted. Both are very talented but I might come back for Steven because of his work on my nails. He is as picky as me about having them perfect!

I was at Magic Nails on Sunday with my 5 year old daughter. When I checked in I had told them I wanted her to have Shellac and her toes pained with regular polish. They separated us at the beginning. By the time they had me go sit by her they had completed a full pedicure and manicure which I did not ask for. I thought maybe that nail tech was doing it for her for the experience. But I ended up paying for it. Which I think is completely wrong because they did not have my consent to do a full service on her. Then to top off my experience right in the middle of my service my nail tech says he is going on his lunch break and gets up and leaves for about 10+ minutes. I could not believe that. I could understand if he would’ve had someone come finish my service but he got up left and just had me sit there with my daughter who was already ready to go being her service was completed 45 minutes prior to this happening. I usually have a decent experience here especially with my daughter but I am truly disappointed in my experience. I likely will not be returning.
