I took in photos and measurements of my bed frame to purchase a softer queen size mattress fir my guest bedroom. The sakes person showed me several...I finally selected a plush pillow top. He then talked about the adjustable bed frame that could raise head or lower parts of mattress...with remote. Sounded great...but questioned it working with my frame. He said no problem as legs come off and mattress sets in. I again showed him photos with measurements including height. However when delivery person saw my bed he showed me how tall the adjustable frame would make the bed. I would have needed a step stool to get up on the mattress.i was completely misled and would not have made the purchase of the mattress. Imagine having guests see a bed that high and wondering how in the world to get in. Needless to say I didn't accept delivery of the frame. I am very very disappointed in the information I was given...I was really looking forward to having that feature and was even considering it for my room. I will never go back there. I felt ripped off and misled.

We went to Mattress Firm as our first stop in our search for a new mattress with an adjustable base. As we had recently purchased a mattress and base for our home up north, we had a general idea of what we wanted. Jery was great. He listened to our needs, had us try a few different mattresses and ultimately directed us to the best choice. He didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive mattress or base. In fact, the price he offered was so competitive, we felt no need to look elsewhere. Delivery was also very good. We were given a time window and were able to track their progress online along the way. The actual delivery and set up was done in a friendly and professional manner.

We have been sleeping on our new mattress for over a week and couldn't be more pleased.
