We had the most excellent experience at your store today . We walked away with not 1 but 2 beautiful mattresses because the prices were so amazing and your Salesman, James was just amazing . He knew the products he was selling , and willingly shared his knowledge with us. Let me say, we went to 4 other showrooms before MattressFirm and walked out of all of them because of the salesperson and their attitude towards us. James was so kind, polite, and respectful and never insulted our intelligence with crazy sales pitches and half truths. You should give him a raise because I'll recommend your store explicitly because of how professional and kind he was to us. In fact , you should promote him to train future Salespeople, he was that good in all aspects of the job.

I had the best customer service experience. I believe his name is James, in Cromwell office. When I came in, the prices of the mattresses were intimidating and I almost walked out immediately. But James called me back and assured me he would work with me. He was patient, jovial, professional, etc. And of course I ended up buying my mattress. He is the best.

I was driving by and randomly decided to pull in because I was in need of a new Mattress, and then I was met by James who was amazingly friendly and awsome, he welcomed me like it wasn't 10 minutes before closing, talked to me like I was family and showed me a few diffrent selections. He treated me like a perosn not a number and I was originally just going to look but ended up buying from this bright funny and caring young man. I have two kids and will be back in the near future to buy them mattress from James as well.

The Cromwell Matress Firm location was clean and comfortable. Our salesperson, James, was very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as VERY professional. It was very clear he was the only salesperson on the floor at the time. There were other customers in the store and he always found his way back to us to help complete the sale. We Cannot wait for our new mattress. I'm sure this 4 star review will become 5!
