Brian at Mattress Firm was very patient, answered my questions, explained the differences between different mattresses, how they compared to the Dream cloud, and the purple mattresses. Brian the sleep expert that helped me select my purchase was awesome! He was knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile and made it very easy to purchase my new mattress and bed frame. The delivery team not so much, they were supposed to set up the bed, but left without setting it up. Brian was wonderful, I called him and he left the store and went to the delivery site and set up the bed for me. I highly recommend that you ask for him when you call, he is an asset to the company and should be recognized!

Soon as my husband and I came into the store we were greeted with friendly smiles, everyone helped answer our questions and boy did we have a lot ! Our sales associate went over and beyond to explain each mattress which made making a final choice much easier. . Spencer was very helpful and patient, provided me with options based on what I needed and gave me advice based on customer feedback! He showed me options for temperature relief accessories for the mattress I decided on and the other associate whose name I did not get was also very welcoming and immediately greeted me as I entered. Would definitely reccomend this location!

Spencer was super helpful and Brian too as I was purchasing a mattress that needed to be delivered out of town. They went out of their way to research and find out how I could pick out a comfortable mattress in Florida and have it delivered to Montana. I would highly recommend!
