Genuinely one of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buying my first bike was a daunting experience, but Kyle Scheidel walked me through every step of the process.
Kyle was at the South Windsor location when we started this process, and moved to the New Milford midway through. At no point would you have been able to tell he was in the middle of changing locations.
Kyle was always there to answer my questions and really made me feel like I was fully informed on all of my options. He was so excellent to work with and incredibly personable through the entire experience. I’m sure he could have sold me on anything when I started, but it was clear that he had a vested interest in getting me on the right bike for my skill and use, and was excited to see me start my journey in the right way. I’m so incredibly happy with my bike and the entire experience I had with Max BMW and Kyle Scheidel. I can’t imagine buying a bike from anywhere else now, and will absolutely be back when it’s time to add another to the garage.

1st time buyer of a BMW bike. I’ve owned a few M cars, but finally decided to take the leap. K 1600 GA, on my brothers advice.
Looked on line for a long time until I came across one that was for sale at Max BMW, in CT. Mind you I live 3hrs away.
The person of contact was Ray. From day 1, our communication was always on point. Took us a while for me to go by bc of some personal reasons, but we spoke almost daily.
His Mgr Keith also connected with me, and told me that time wasn’t an issue. “ The bike is yours. “
Upon meeting Ray, I was surprised by how genuine of a person he truly is. A kind, knowledgeable and down to earth person. Hard to come by today in the society we live in.
Walked me thru the bike, helped me secure it for the trip and followed up on how my trip went.
From time to time in life you come across people that have an impact on you, from friends, to coworkers to someone who simply gives you renewed optimism about humans.
Ray is that person.
A truly good business, with good people that care.

So my 2024 bmw s1000rr had a waterpump leak which is something those bikes have issues with but was corrected by bmw . With that being said I was rly down about it , so I called these guys mind u I live in Long Island ny - literallly with out question they literally came picked my bike up brought it in , called me the very next morning telling me the bike was on the lift and service was already being performed with additional thing I requested . Same day ! I get another phone call with an update saying Johnny eveything is in the works and we will keep u updated as we go. This shop by far has surpassed my expectations and more ! I felt so safe from the moment the driver picked my 30k bike up since …. I wana thank the team for just being pure and upfront. I’ve been so at ease with the entire process so far. Excited to get my beaut back home ! Thanks boys

This the 3rd year I’ve used Max BMW Motorrad and I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond. My red S1000R is a phenomenal machine to say the least! My service advisor Perry knows my machine, and is awesome. The yearly service is done while I wait and the work is first class in every way. Max BMW always does me a solid. The service department is first class too. Not that I’ve needed to buy a lot of parts…..contemplating doing upgrades. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Wow, time flies! It’s been 1 year and 1 month since I got my S1000XR, and now it’s time for a change—I’m upgrading to the R1300 GS! I’m just waiting for it to be delivered to my house.
