Another Great locally family run business in Westerly. Mark does amazing job starting with the way he treats his employees along with his customers.

When you see the same employees year after year that speaks volumes about the upper management.

Not only are there employees well educated on the products and services they sell. They are very friendly and helpful.

The other thing I love about Mcquade’s Ace hardware is just how well organized the store is. You can be in and out very quickly and parking is always accessible.

Mcquade’s supports many local Non Profits such as Little League and other youth sports in town. Thank you Mark and family for making your customers such as myself feel like we’re part of the family when we shopping in your store.

McQuade's is an excellent store with great customer service. From Ashlee and Bruce in parts/service to folks on the floor they are fantastic. Lou and Todd helped me with a difficult plumbing issue over several days and could not have been more patient and informative during my visits. A+.

I was pumped to see an Ace Hardware, the store was well organized and clean. As per usual everyone was helpful and friendly. I would always rather shop at an Ace than another hardware store!

The young kid at the key center was the best. Very helpful and listened to me when I told him that I don't have a chipped key and made me one right up. He was awesome. Mike on the other hand should not be in the customer service field and in fact does not know it all.

A big shout out to the small engine repair shop. We've had them service our lawn mower and snow blower for some time now. They do a great job! I had a small issue the other day with my mower. They took me right in and got me back to work.

We can not say enough about how good McQuades Ace Hardware is. They have such a dedicated staff that has all the answers. Went in today to get a couple screws for my kitchen cabinets. I experienced some of the best customer service from a gentleman that works there. I wish I could remember his name. He helped me locate the screws quickly and even went to his car for a tool to help cut the screw down to get a better length for my needs. That’s customer service people! Going above and beyond when he easily could have just found the screws I was looking for and left it at that. He even showed me how to cut them down myself. This is one of the reasons you should choose this store over the one across the street.
