Great place for anything related to dressing up casually or professionally for men. Recently used their rental service for the groomsmen and myself in my wedding. Everything was so easy and everyone’s suits looked fantastic. Especially want to give thanks to Trent, one of the managers here, for all his help. That man deserves a raise for the help he gave me! (Don’t have pics of the wedding party yet, but a pic of my lovely wife and I for reference on the suit)

I went in with my 17yo son who hates dressing up for an outfit when he had to accompany me to a fundraiser at the last minute. Mr. Keith was very patient and accommodating. He actually managed to find something in stock that fit my son off the rack and looked great on him. I was very pleased with the experience.

Measured for a suit, helped find the right size, added a shirt, tie to match and a pair of nice shoes all in one store! That is the kind of customer care we expect when we want help! I needed a new suit for a suprise formal event and initially went to Belk. I asked for assistance and was given none - wasn't sure of my size or style. The kids at the counter looked as if they had less of an idea about mens clothes than I did.

I called mens warehouse and told them of my situation. They said they have associates waiting to help and they did absolutely did. They guided me through each step of the outfit and gave me honest opinion and feedback. I never felt rushed and the service was way above was I expected.

10/10 will return to this location.

After renting 4 jackets and shirts, all of them had to be completely redone! They all did not fit from the jackets to the shirts. Even when they said they fixed them and we picked them up last minute, they were still not right!!! 10/10 do not recommend !!

I must say this was the best experience I've had shopping for clothes. JD is a man who has a passion for what he does and it shows. Joe and JD made me feel like a king and never pressured me. 10/10 will recommend!

Unacceptable, no customer service at all and non existent I was never approached and asked for help by any employee while I was looking for my wedding suit I finally had to approach an employee for help 20 minutes later while three employees were on the floor! Stay away from this place at all cost should have seen the red flags after I had to talk to an employee to get help.

An awesome place to find nice clothes for any occasion. Joe Hefti was amazing. I will definitely recommend and be back. Everything was sorted and easy to pick out colors together.
