Parque pequeño, eché en falta más árboles y mesas. No obstante, cuenta con baños públicos y zona de juegos.

This park rises up Hill and a series of tiered levels. It has modern play equipment, including spinners and a handicap swing. Handicap access parking is located on Grand View. The other side is just deep stairs, period they fly the American Flag, and there is a memorial that is a must stop to see. They have the person's name. Spelled out in white stones, so look above the plaque. To see the career creative monument that has been built. It has a stage for public gatherings, and it has negative access to the high school in the back, so the high school students can make use of the rock climbing walls. In the very back of the park, there's also a secluded coroner that is dedicated to being a center of peace, and it is very restful. lots of Lily's lots of trees. I saw gophers and squirrels, lots of birds. I saw at least 3 different varieties of birds for my shorts. Stop. They have a water fountain that works, but it's very hot. It takes a long time for the water to get cold. And they have one grill and one covered picnic pavilion.

Sign said benches were closed. But I just wanted to eat my food.
Beautiful day.
I'm about 90%sure there were 3 working girls hanging around.
That's the vibe I got.

Metcalfe Ranch is a quaint park in downtown Kingman. It has grass fields for picnicking and letting the kids run and play in. There are many trees for shade, a covered eating area, and bathrooms. For the kids, there is a climbing rock, swings, handicap swing, and slide. During the year, one can catch outdoor plays, live bands, and various festivals and fairs there. Across the street is a Mexican restaurant, another park with a veterans memorial and an old train for kids to climb on.

My friends & family love that I bring them to watch the Turkey Vultures land! Spring & Summer, several huge flocks come to Kingman. You can see them swirling around in a cyclone above, then land in the trees by the Playground. LOL (Photo credit my cousin, Meredith Murray Blache)

It would be a very nice park if they fixed it up a bit. The shade from the trees is nice. Lots of birds to look at! Unfortunately there's alot of dead hanging branches. The trees need to be maintained better. The bathrooms are always gross. Alot of rough looking people always laying on the picnic tables. Yesterday there was a woman yelling and standing in the road in front of the park. And the handicap swing is broken. One of the baby swings was replaced with a brand new one that has new chains and everything. But the others look antique and the chains are and screwed up.

At the Kingman Brews and Brats Oktoberfest.
This continues to be the worst Oktoberfest. NO GERMAN band. No Oktoberfest contests and no German dancing. Sure, they serve beer and brats. Nothing to write home about. As for beer, Kingman has 3 breweries. Only one here with mediocre beer. Why not have all 3 here? Maybe competition will improve the beers.

This is more like a street fair than an Oktoberfest. I've tried this event in the past. Still the same.
If they want to continue this event. Drop the "Oktoberfest" from the title.
