never ever coming here again to fix my phone. I’m very disappointed. I had a crack on the side of my phone and my friend got her fixed here with no problems so I got it and it was about $175. I thought that was pretty reasonable, but after I got it, my phone screen has been delayed. My battery has been dropping so fast very significantly and takes hours to get to 100%, I got a notification from apple saying “display not recognized” and I clicked on the link and it said if you’re having blank issues, such problems I have been having is battery issues, Face ID not working, my screen brightness, not working delay in the screen, and other problems that were not occurring before I am very upset and I regret making the decision to take my phone to get fixed. I would do anything to get my cracked from back. the apple link told me that I should get your technology fixed by a real Apple technician immediately and I am having all the issues. I am extremely upset and wish I could have my cracked phone back now I have to make an appointment at the Apple Store pay even more money for the damage parts on my phone and a new screen this is ridiculous. I will never ever coming here again!!!

I had a cracked screen on my Samsung S21+ phone. Dropped it off at 1 and it was ready by 3. On a Sunday!! I was quoted a price of $240 but when I picked it up they apologized for a mistake and said it was really $220. I know the parts alone are $180 online, so basically I was thrilled from beginning to end. What a great store to do business with, I really can't say enough good things about them.

Was greatly warmly by cashier! Went in for a phone screen repair, was told it’d be a 30 minute wait and $140. Yet.. 20 minutes later, it was already finished and I was pleasantly surprised!

* PSA.. I will mention that since this is a Third Party Service Provider, the Face ID feature no longer is available on the phone. If you’re looking for full functionality it’d be an extra cost at your local Apple store.

They stand behind their work. Would definitely use again! Very good price as well. I thought the new screen was cracked but it turned out to be a strand of glue under the screen which went away after it was turned on. They did their best to make it right. The screen on my iPad 6 was shattered when I brought it in. Most repair shops use low quality low cost replacements, not MG. I can't even tell the difference between the old screen and the replacement. They deserve your business!

Mehmet and his assistant were both very knowledgable and experienced. They were genuinely helpful. We walked in off the street and they replaced my cracked screen in about 20mins as promised. I did have a slight issue with screen discoloration after returning home and called MG Tech the next morning and they were happy to fix it. (The issue was with that particular screen and they replaced it with a new one.)
While I was waiting, another customer walked in and asked about his cracked screen; Mehmet did not try to oversell/charge and told the customer it was just the screen protector. The customer was curious about the process and wanted to watch them replace it, and Mehmet happily welcomed him to watch. No gimmicks and totally trustworthy.
I would highly recommend MG Technology!
Oh, and they have some nice ladies fashion and accessories, much to my wife's delight! Do check them out!

Too bad they replaced the screen of my phone and its turn into red dark dirty color on my screen. Its not good at all. Be aware and the charge is crazy too, yup $170 for replace one piece glass for screen, the screen is bad quality, the charge is for nothing, the touch screen is mess up too, and now i have to go somewhere else to replace it again. Cant let them mess with my phone no more.plus some scratch on the side of my phone and the back near the camera too.

Dropped off my son’s iPad for a cracked screen, Matt did a phenomenal job in 30 minutes, decided to go back in and get my other phone fixed just because. Amazing job! Wouldn’t recommend any other place in Rehoboth beach!!!
