Steve Cortes was my salesman from the moment. I walked on the lot and shook his hand to shaking his hand at the end of the sell and me driving away. He was very informative and a pleasure to work with. Steve made me feel like I had a friend on the inside. The dealership made it a very easy process of picking out my truck going through the financing. I normally really don’t like dealing with salesman, but these guys were awesome. Thank you, gentlemen. I will be back for my next truck. This dealership and sells group as well as the finance manager come highly recommended. I haven’t had the opportunity to work with their service department as of yet, but from what I can see so far, I’m sure it will be a pleasure as well.

I purchased my vehicle on October 17, 2024, with a six-month warranty. Less than four months later, I had a major issue with my transmission. When I called the dealership, they refused to help, claiming the warranty was either six months or 6,000 miles—whichever came first. I was completely transparent about my commute and travel for work, so 6,000 miles went by quickly. I’m a little over 7,000 miles. If I had known the car would break down in just four months and that the warranty was essentially useless due to mileage restrictions, I would have never bought it.

The dealership was absolutely no help. They refused to do anything for me, even though this issue happened within four months of purchase. The sales team will make everything sound great, but when real problems arise, you're on your own. Clearly, the vehicle wasn’t inspected properly before being sold. If a major issue like this happens so soon after purchase and they won’t take any responsibility, that says everything.

Buyer beware—this dealership does not stand by its cars. When I purchased my vehicle, they asked me to write a review. Now, just four months later, I'm back with an update—and it's not good. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. The only thing the finance Director told me was he exhausted all efforts clearly not because now I’m left with this issue.
