Every time I go through the drive-thru they actually get you in and out fairly quick. The people are really nice and never really had an issue. Every time I've had to go inside they actually are all very nice. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and get whatever I need done done. Definitely a good Branch to go to 10/10 👍

Not happy with the service as a new member so far. Had to take money out of my old bank to deposit here. I tried depositing it into their ATM 3 times and each time it rejected it and gave the cash back….glad I caught it because I almost drove off the first time with the cash drawer sitting open. I then went to the window since they were open…no line, and the took almost 20 minutes to take care of me. Unacceptable. That’s not even the worst of this bank. Because my direct deposit was delayed from switching banks I had to deposit a paper check from my job. I deposited it a week ago and still have not received the funds! Their reasoning- I’m a new member and I don’t have enough history with them. I have never ever had any other bank do this before. I always get a check funds in my account the same day. It should be illegal to keep someone’s money that long after showing them the check. I thought this would be more convenient than my old bank which is 30 minutes away but I was definitely wrong.

Good and friendly service
I'm short of sight and everyone was kind to make sure I found my way in, around the lobby, and back out to my car again. That kind of service doesn't happen much anymore at anyplace.

Not happy with the service as a new member so far. Had to take money out of my old bank to deposit in Midflorida. They dont even have Zelle smh which is a convenient way to transfer money and most banks have it. I tried depositing it into their ATM many times and each and EVERYTIME it rejected it and gave the cash back. I have banked with PNC for over 10 years and never had any issues unfortunately the town that I moved in Mid Florida Bank seems to be the only one around. I will keep looking because I will not be staying with this bank if things don't change. I'm not even able to deposit money and I received an overdraft fee due to my money being rejected. I am not one to receive fees so needless to say I am not happy.

I got there early trying to get a check put into my account, i sat there for 20-30 minutes, but they never cashed my check, didn't tell me either, they just waisted my time (Bartow Location)

Stopped by again tonight to make an after hours deposit using the ATM. NOPE!! This makes 3 out of 4 wasted stops at this location over the last couple months. Why do I bother keeping this account I’ve stopped at other mid Florida branches and more often than not the ATM IS out of service.

The wait just to get to the window in the drive-through was horrendous. Over 30 minute wait in line only to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the transaction of cashing a check. Long time, Customer not used to this lack of customer service. This has happened more than once at this branch.

Reading of the experiences of a 70 year old black customer who you all called the police on. She wanted to pay her mortgage and needed the money she had deposited into her account via ATM. She was frustrated I am sure, but you people handled the situation abysmally and anyone who dealt with her should have been fired. The police fractured her nose while mishandling her, and she was stripped naked. I guess the inconvenience was that a black woman was demanding proper customer service. Will never bank with you! From comments here, she was not the only one who experienced ATM problems. As this lady is a former Assistant Principal, I doubt she was causing quite the disturbance you claim. She just wasn't white enough!
