Purchased a 2018 Road Glide Special walked in.. Place was immaculate bikes everywhere talk about a kid in a candy store . Shirl was on top of the sale from the moment I submitted an inquiry online. Talk about a stream line process from email to sale I would definitely return to buy my next bike . My wife and I were on a trip to CT from NJ but I had to make a stop here. The people were very friendly there and the place just looked plain cool. We had to get a poker chip but we also bought the Halloween Harley shirts there too. Being that I just bought a road glide I wasn’t in the market for another bike and they all seemed okay that I wasn’t interested.

This establishment is beyond generous. Aside from the impeccable customer service and no pressure atmosphere you find at other dealerships, Mike’s Famous opens their doors to the community, especially those raising money for a cause. Their staff comes in early, stays late, works on a day off, just to assist in supporting the cause. With a deep sense of gratitude towards the military and law enforcement community, Mike and his team are sure to show their appreciation. I have never been to another dealership where they remember your name and will even say hi and strike up a conversation if they see out in town. They remember their customers and take that relationship to a whole new level. Mike, the owner, can be seen interacting with his customers and instead of talking business, he’s asking about your family and taking a general interest in their wellbeing. If you’re looking for a place to learn to ride, buy your first bike or even upgrade your current one, you won’t find a better place to make that all happen. Do yourself a favor and trust the family at Mikes. Even just walking through the door to buy a shirt, you’re considered that, part of the Mikes Famous Family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off my daughter and I test road a bike in July. We didn’t talk numbers because my daughter wasn’t ready. I saw the bike on the website 6 months later and decided to run some numbers by them. I will admit I low balled them at first thinking 6 months and it was December after all. A little going back and forth mostly with me having to up the ante I thought we agreed on a price. I explained to them everything I wanted to do and where I needed to be in price. They said they understood. I completed a credit application and was approved. I thought we were good to go. Unfortunately when they called me back they had added so many fees and added expenses it priced us right out of the purchase. I understand there are fees and added costs but I asked them to roll it all in with the offer. They said they understood. Very bad experience.
