Misaki, at Superior, is one of the most authentic and highest quality omakase dining experiences in Colorado. The sushi bar is top-notch and the attention of detail & creativity by the sushi chefs is on full display to complete your dining experience. Each plate has meticulous presentation and the freshness & texture will have your taste buds screaming for more. I highly encourage Japanese sake & beers paired with your plates to complete your meal. Misaki is a must visit destination for any sushi lover- it will be your next all time favorite.

Absolutely amazing sushi experience! My husband and I just went there. The freshness of the fish, the variety of rolls, and the attention to detail in every dish were all outstanding. Service was quick. The presentation was also beautiful, and the flavors of their specialty rolls were perfectly balanced. The sushi team was creative and did what we wanted (making minor substitutions and using light rice) so we were grateful. Lia was our Server, and she was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making great recommendations! The Expert Roll was delish! Highly recommend this place for any sushi lover – I can’t believe I've lived here so long and not gone in before.

The sushi was amazing: fresh, delicious, and all the right textures you'd expect. Each piece of nigiri was carefully formed with various adornments from the chef and the rolls were packed with flavor without taking away from the taste of the fish and seafood. Service was also excellent and warm; we've found our go-to sushi spot!

Just drove by and spotted this place. Dining room a little dimly lit for me, you may like it. Food was really good - Tan Tan Men ramen, fish skin roll, and salmon collar is great. The ramen is one of the best broths I've had, noodles are a little firm but still great. The service: not terrible or bad but she seemed detached and just going through the motions. Otherwise, the food I had is good enough to return for.

First time trying this place and it was recommended by my friends. We had dinner together and it was delicious! The presentation was amazing. The quality and flavors hit home. The best sushi I've had since I moved to Colorado. I would like to come back during lunch time. Totally recommend it!

My fiance and I stopped by for dinner at Misaki on a Sunday night and the service was amazing. We had the premium omakase and the experience was phenomenal! Each piece from our sushi chef Hendry was expertly chosen and tasted incredibly fresh. The accompaniments for each piece made each piece taste even better than the last. The rice to nigiri ratio was chefs kiss. Our server Lia was extremely attentive to our needs and incredibly sweet. We were celebrating our anniversary and everyone made it feel so special! We will definitely be back again!
