Wonderful Conference Center and Event Location. The facility was easy to navigate with a large on-site parking lot. The staff was so gracious, helpful, and courteous throughout the day. On site catering was also very well presented, from fresh mixed fruit cups at breakfast and delicious pastries to a Hot all-American Fried chicken lunch with all the sides and your choice of vanilla or chocolate mousse for dessert to coffee and cookies for afternoon snack. Coffee, tea and water stations were refilled throughout the day and always wiped and cleaned frequently.

I attended the annual Blue Jean Ball and silent Auction. I enjoyed myself. The food was deliclsh and i just loved the vibe!!!! Can't wait to retire and join!!!

Always meet new people. Miss dancing in your chair with Ida. Tap dancing was fun.
Pool volleyball is so much fun and a time to refresh every Friday. The pool is really nice.
Started going in November 2021. Met old and new friends.
Now they have a blue card to not get mixed up with the lunch ticket. Just a reminder that it is not included with the membership price.
Really was surprised that you can start at age 50.

Website clearly states that the Modern Maturity Center is for all ages and is NOT a senior center. Get there to sign up, and get told that I'm too young to join a senior center. Direct false advertising is not okay.

The Modern Maturity Center is a place where seniors can be seen, heard, welcomed, valued and supported. I have gone on numerous trips and tours with MMC through the years, including 3 relaxing cruises to Hawaii, Alaska, and the Bahamas. Once you sign up for a tour, all you do is drive or get a ride to the center and leave your car in a special parking area designated for trips. All the tour planning, travel, and accommodations are taken care of for you. There are also many fun and relaxing day trips to restaurants and theatres in different states.

Whether you like to sing, dance, cook, travel, party, study, exercise, or just enjoy a delightful daily luncheon with friends, there is something for everyone at MMC. Membership is open to those at least 50 years old, and the center's monthly newsletter keeps us abreast of all the activities and services available.

On the website it says "Not a senior center, any age can enter" but went in person today to sign up for a membership and was informed I had to be 50+ and it was in fact a senior center. False advertising.

Went on 12-day Caribbean Cruise on February 5th 2022. Very nice trip. Dancing in your chair is a great work out just bring towels and lots of water, you will near it. I really enjoyed the aquatic exercise classes. The cost extra but worth it. Membership is very low and the meals taste great.
