I have family that have been doing business with this company for years decided to give it a try myself. Poor customer service. The sad part is I have several policies with Most & Black currently. Went to the office and gave all the information needed to get a quote on a simple home insurance policy last Thursday morning. When I received no call by Fri afternoon I called and left a message on voice mail. Again having heard nothing I called Monday afternoon and it was clear that from Thursday morning to Monday afternoon they had done nothing. What a great way to treat your customers.

I don't use them fought a good friend of mine does and has for years and he's in a wheelchair and when I went in there to pay a bill for him the owner knew him by name and told me that before he couldn't drive anymore he would go out to the car so he wouldn't have to get out of the car pull his wheelchair out of the back with a cane and 1 1/2 legs and he talked very highly of my friend and appreciated his business so that's why I would recommend them to anyone service was tremendous for my friend and he needed that being in the shape he's in
