Bought a new 24 Kawasaki STX160 and have been having a terrible experience with Motorsports following it. My ski was delayed being built, when they finally called me to pick up my new ski I arrived and found the wrong ski was built and on my trailer. Finally I received my ski from them and after two rides I noticed both of my mirrors were shaky which quickly became my ski losing my right mirror because when it was built the mirrors were not tightened properly. When I tried to get my first service I dropped my ski off Wednesday at 10a when my appointment was only to be told they won’t look at it until Friday. Friday comes around and they refuse to look at it until next week. I just picked up my ski and left. The only saving grace would be Jeff in parts as well as the other gentlemen who was with him being very professional and immediately attempting to fix mistakes.

Amazing customer service! Easy to get in/out as they have a great selection and are down to earth. I could not be happier with the service that both myself and my Brother received from Bryan and the team here. If you are in the market you owe it to yourself to drive to Seekonk and check them out!

Fantastic experience! I went in on a Saturday and I was greeted upon entering the showroom and was able to get a feel for the type of motorcycle I was looking for. This place has a great selection of motorcycles and I just got my first one about a week ago. The whole process was smooth. I was helped by Joshua, and he was very knowledgeable and professional, answered any questions I had and I was able to get my motorcycle pretty quickly. 10/10 would recommend

The service from the parts department and Jeff and Anthony in particular was courteous and exceptional in every way, they helped immensely after my recent motorcycle accident with my Yamaha Bolt and went above and beyond in obtaining all parts quickly to get my bike back on the road. Not just in this instance but over the years everyone there is always helpful at Motorsports Nation, Seekonk.Thank you to the entire team! Sincerely, The Buzzard.

I called the shop, left my name and number and a message about my bike. I never received a call back. I called the shop a second time, left my name and number and a message about my bike. Finally, I stopped by the shop to ask about getting work down on my bike and I was laughed at by the 2 men sitting at the front desk.

Your mechanic was highly recommend, which is why I tried so hard to get an appointment to have work done on my bike. That no longer matters as your other employees have ruined your reputation.

Purchased a '25 Z900 from Brian for the best price I could find of 5 Massachusetts dealerships. The transaction was straight forward with no surprises. Although the bike was delivered dusty, I would be a repeat customer on pricing basis alone. Galaxy Silver/blue with stealth mirror mod pictured.

Traded in my old bike for a 25 MT10 and the process was very quick and straightforward.

Josh was very professional and responsive. They didn't have an MT10 in the store when I went, but had one shipped in from another location in just a couple days.

A couple small issues with the bike upon delivery, which they fixed immediately and even gave me a free first service for the inconvenience.

Josh, Brian and I believe it was Max and Jeff in service all did a great job and provided very good service. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. 👍
