We have been going to mountain Bible for about 6 months. It has what we are looking for in a Christian church now that we are new in Payson. The worship team and their Pastors are very good.
Great message always and very welcoming atmosphere. Would very much recommend.

Solid Biblical teaching. Multi generational young to well seasoned.
You are we invited to Easter service to be held at the Payson High School auditorium at 10:00 am on March 31st this year.
Sunrise service is at 6:00 am at the high school football field.

Friendliest church ever. Lots of parking including handicap and first-time visitors spaces. Great bible based teaching and wonderful worship music. They have a great children's ministry thru teens.

I have been going to the youth group here for years and I loved it. Then suddenly our main youth pastor left. Then one of the other volunteer leaders stepped up and started to take over. Everything was going great. Everyone had fun, learned, and the group was bigger than ever. But then, this Billy guy started to come and take over with his own youth kids. He told us that high school wasn't welcome on Sundays anymore, and he treated the mountain bible kids like they were lesser than his own. Our leader tried to defend us but they made her quit, and lie about why she left. Isn't it wrong to tell a youth leader to lie.

Mountain bible has always been home to me. Everyone is so welcoming. You will walk away thinking you are already a member.
I moved away from Payson and I have yet to find a church like Mountain Bible. Love this place!!!

We visited here a few years ago right when the senior pastor had retired. A visiting pastor stepped in and preached a rousing sermon on "why we need to get back to preaching the Gospel" which I found greatly encouraging. However, during about an hour long service, he neglected to preach the Gospel. No call to repentance, no altar call, just preaching on the need...to preach :/

On a side note, we made the mistake of using a visitors parking space. It took us 15 minutes to leave the parking lot, NO one would let us back out until the lot was nearly empty 🙁

Hopefully these issues have been addressed. They were comically ironic to us back then.
