This is a great new facility! The whole place has just been remodeled with all brand new furniture! The staff care for the residents, eat their meals with them and listening to all their amazing stories! Management also takes time for the residents and the family to make sure the transition is smooth and as easy as possible. Greta place to send your loved ones!

The Mountainview Pleasant team goes above and beyond to make each resident's day special! It truly shows the service they provide comes from their heart! The facility was recently remodelled to feel like home and I must say, it sparkles! The front desk staff work well as a team with getting messages across to the nursing station and to the residents. In my opinion, it is one of the most affordable and well-kept assisted living locations.

Mountain View pleasant living is a beautiful assisted living facility in Mentone, CA. It has lovely views of the the Mountains hence the name Mountain View. It is very clean and modern. The administrator and the caregivers are kind, caring and very helpful. The staff is attentive and go above and beyond for the residents. I highly recommend this facility.

The staff cares about the the residents. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is super clean with all new furniture. They have a large outside garden area that is nice when your are meeting with your family.

This facility comes with great staff and the admin is absolutely wonderful. She helped me so much with my grandad and I am so thrilled to have a facility with beautiful mountainous views open up right next to my house!

Thank you for the response to my review. Sadly when we were so rudely talked to, we hadn't requested to come in. We understand and respect the restrictions on visiting. We received an upset call from our loved one that she was leaving soon, and was upset because she didnt have any female products. We brought them to give to her and was told that she was not leaving for a week, and had no need for the stuff, which we understand. But she could have held onto the stuff for a week to help relieve her fears. Instead we were told no, the door slammed in our faces. And she continued to call for the next week over her fears, when I attempted to call the manager, I received worse response than the first. She basically told us we dont care about her or you. Shes fine and taken care of. And again hung up on.

I BEG YOU NOT TO TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!!!!
