My experience at this MUV location was highly unsatisfactory. The customer service was poor, and the wait time exceeded 35 minutes. While I understand that certain days can be busier than others, this should not negatively impact the level of service provided to customers. It is clear that this location would benefit from improved management practices. Unfortunately, their position as the only nearby option leaves little choice for customers in the area.

Very attentive and caring staff, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable about the products. I’ve never had an issue here the staff treats you with respect, and treats you like a friend which makes me feel welcome and not like a bother to the staff. It’s my favorite dispensary to go to at the moment, If I could give a shout out to the whole staff I would.

I have to share that this location doesn't seem to fulfill online orders when the store is packed. My husband waited for me and I had to go inside because the order couldn't be fulfilled without me present at the time of sale, which we understand. I become upset when the employee when to check if my order was ready, she said it wasn't and when I got back to the car (literally within seconds) I received a text that my order was ready. The only option I was given was to wait for all the people in the waiting area (about 6 or 7 and it's a small area) to be taken care of and then they'd call the new number I had to print when my husband already made the entire waiting process. I explained I was in pain and just wanted to know if my order was ready so I could get it since my husband already had made the line. It seems that they don't care about their customers. My husband and I understand the processes but the fact that I was lied to and they just didn't seem to care that I was in pain, is concerning. The edibles are the only thing that help me sleep but, whatever... it is what it is.

Jake made me feel VERY welcome and the experience was quick and in retrospect because it was less than expected and the drive through I forgot to tip but Jake would have gotten a $10 tip for sure if I was in the right headspace! Just too many things at once but I won’t forget the next time!! GREAT SERVICE HERE!!!!!

Cassie was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out what would be best for what I needed. She was very kind and considerate and made my shopping experience at Muv easy. The gentleman who checked me in was also extremely nice and helpful but I can’t remember his name. I will be back and would recommend Muv.
