Dr. Sam was very thorough and helpful during my exam. She answered questions and had a grasp of my eye health history. Also the technician Dan did an excellent job helping me pick and fit new frames and processing my bill.

The worst pair of glasses i have ever had in my life. I brought them back in with my concerns and i was treated poorly. Like me and my insurance wasn’t adequate enough. Those glasses will sit in my drawer as a junk emergency pair. Id rather wear my 60$ pair from eyebuydirect that are old and damaged. 500$ for their junk glasses blows my mind. The pair I tried on and wanted are not the pair i received. I will not return here. I do say the eye dr was awesome though, and the ladies who did my eye exam were awesome. Not the staff in the front though.

My daughter and I were there this Tuesday and were treated kindly. As survivors of domestic violence it's not easy navigating the financial side of life and I scheduled my appointment when I was working. I had just recently lost my job and had to work within a certain amount of funds and lucky for me I had 10 dollars left after! Was nice to have that extra 10 dollars. Just enough to last the rest of the week! They didn't know how much I had, but just lucky because I hit the numbers to make sure my daughter can see in class. It's her first year of middle school and I didn't want my misfortune from a company who would let a mother go right before Christmas, but I got it done! That's all that matters.

Awesome customer service in helping me fix a couple of pair of "Vacation" damaged sunglasses. Staff was super helpful and quick to fix both pairs, highly recommended!

As a retired solider it’s refreshing when a business is this professional and caring! I forgot my glasses and lost my contacts while swimming, ( I know shame on me). I live in wa state! And had a few days left of fun with my family. So seeing was essential! This place was caring, understanding, honest, dependable, affordable and professional! The front desk Deandria and Aachen initially helped me with great determination to help me solve my issue. Cassidy assistant manager, who probably should be a manger of her own location. Was the ultimately my saving grace. Her attention to detail and compassion brought it home for this establishment with 5 stars! I’d have tipped them if I could but they wouldn’t accept a tip! So I left this review! Thank you all, God bless America for locations like this!

Dr. Samantha Kravitz is absolutely wonderful. I've never been to a better eye doctor and I've been wearing glasses for 60 years!

I had the good fortune of having Dan help me find the perfect new pair of frames today. I had brought a long list of frames from the website I wanted to try on after my eye exam, and Dan was so great looking them all up to see if they were available and then went above and beyond going through the store until finding the absolute perfect pair. I very much appreciate his kindness, dedication and patience!

Congratulations to Angela on her much deserved promotion! Angela, always happy to help any way she could and go the extra mile for me. I'll miss you in Millville.
