BEST ice cream in Mystic! They make the hard ice cream themselves and it is EXCELLENT. The ice cream shop closer to the drawbridge doesn't compare at all. Their oreo ice cream is the best I've ever tasted. The chocolate is especially good. Wow. Just wow. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a TERRIFIC treat.

Marzipan truffle was delicious! Dark chocolate shell was crisp and delicate, marzipan texture was creamy and soft, and the truffle overall was not only flavorful but visually flawless. Worth every cent. Service was great. The woman working behind the counter was very nice and very patient. One of the best truffles I’ve had, and I’ve rated many:)

Stopped in on a slow Monday in Mystic. Was able to check things out and try their ice cream, truffles, coffee, and even found a cute gift for the person that was watching the house. Kathy was friendly and offered good suggestions. The white chocolate cappuccino was excellent. It was like a hug in a cup.
Ice Cream is made in house with fresh milk from local dairy. That alone merits trying some
Fudge is made in house. I had the pralines fudge. It tastes as good as it looks. And it looked amazing. I was promised it was calorie free Monday fudge.
Great little spot if you're strolling through town and shopping. Or maybe have lunch and dinner and want to take a stroll and get a desert a little later. Whatever the reason you need, this is a cute little shop that offers something for all appetites.

We stopped here on a weekend trip because the line to the other ice cream place was out the door and down the street. This place didn't have as big of a selection, but the ice cream we did get was delicious. I opted for lemon sorbet 🍋 . It is also a candy/confectionery store, so I also got a variety of marzipan confections, as well as fine chocolate. Everything we got was great. Sweet teeth run in the family, so it hit the spot for me 🍨🍫🦷

I was staying at Foxwoods Casino for a convention for 10 days. We walked around Mystic one afternoon and happened upon this shop. I will say all of the chocolate was good, but the truffles were the best I’ve ever had. My daughter flew in to join me for a couple of days. We made the trip back in pouring down rain so she could try the truffles. She agreed they are the best ever!!

Easily my favorite ice cream in Mystic. This place is super cute, with fun chocolate treats as a bonus! Huge flavor variety, and every one we've tried has been a winner. Staff was lovely and handles the pressure of a rush extremely well. Open later than other options, to boot. Definitely stop by.

We just ate at the pizza place up the road and felt like some ice cream so we headed down to Mystic Sweet Shop however, they had just closed. We saw someone in there and knocked on the window in hopes we could get that ice cream fix. It looked like we were beat so we started to walk off. We took a few steps and suddenly heard the door open. It was Rick one of the owners and he asked us what would we like. This was great, he let us in and we were there for about an hour chatting about candy, ice cream, and life. It was a pretty special experience since it was our first time in Mystic too. All the samples of candy and ice cream were some of the best we'd ever had and I would one hundred percent recommend stopping by here to purchase something, you can't go wrong. Just make sure it's with in the hours they are open lol. Next time we're in Mystic we are definitely going back. Thanks for the wonderful experience Rick.
