The friendliest staff ever. They are exceptionally helpful. Variety of product offering is excellent for a small store. High quality offerings, reasonably priced. Good free parking but limited kn really busy days.

Newbury Place is a truly special place! The owners and staff are all incredibly friendly, ensuring a really lovely experience each time I visit. It is my tween daughter’s favorite place to find special birthday gifts for friends and my favorite spot for thoughtful hostess gifts among other things. The selection is consistently excellent!

Their collection of baby and toddler items upstairs is just beautiful - showcasing quality and a thoughtful curation. It’s evident that each item is chosen with care, adding a special, unique touch to the entire selection.

Additionally, their gift-wrapping service makes every purchase feel extra special. They definitely go above and beyond. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for unique and high-quality items.

When I need a special, unique gift for a friend, family, new parents, grandparents and the like, I always find a gift that gets the "oohs and aaahhs" when opened. A variety of high quality, with fair prices, in a welcoming, fun place to shop, with welcoming staff. The inventory changes with the seasons and never disappoints. A gem of a gift shop in Southbury.

Really cute place, but left because the workers were following us around and whispering to each other as if we were stealing. Unfortunately we left because it just made us feel bad. I understand it’s a small business and you have to be careful but following people around and staring at us when it’s our first time there just was super uncomfortable. But other than that, really cute place.

Ordered a Jellycat online that was very difficult to find anywhere else. I figured there was a chance they didn’t have it in stock anymore, but I gave it a shot. Within a few days of placing my order, they refunded my payment and sent me an email explaining the item was discontinued and out of stock. The promptness of the refund and the gesture of the email were both so wonderful! Incredible customer service and clearly reliable for online orders. 🙂
