NBSF recently opened a storefront at their home port out of Marker 7 Marina in Niantic. There you can buy NBSF merchandise, fresh oysters right off the boat, and a curated selection of shucking accessories and gear. We stopped by for an oyster tasting and some fun conversation with Tim's sister, Allison, who cheerfully moved from customer to customer, making sure everyone felt welcome and that they had everything they needed. Stop on down and support this wonderful homegrown, local business. You won't be disappointed.

Love the oysters and scallops! Oysters are yummy, clean, not too briny, and perfectly sized. The scallops are small bay scallops but lovely raw or cooked. The shop always has something curious or needed. I’m so glad they made Niantic “home”. I hope they receive the community’s support!!

You can find a more hard-working family harvesting oysters in the Niantic area. Niantic Bay Oysters are one of my best tasting oysters ever!!! Tim and CREW keep up the great work
