Once Upon a Child is an incredible place! The last one I visited had 2 extremely helpful
women working who helped me immensely & they found exactly what I needed. The variety of things for sale for babies & young childrenis almost unbelievable. It is not unusual to find brand new clothes with tags still on. Also gently used clothing that I have no hesitation to buy. Toys & useful/necessary items galore.
It is worth the ride if one is not near.

will not be returning to this location, brought in a whole basket of newborn- 6 month clothing. all either new, or worn once or twice. washed and folded all of it prior to it being taken in. was told just about all of the belongings could not be excepted due to “staining”. highly disappointed in the lack of reasoning and customer service

Terrible customer service, no transparency about what can be accepted. Company sells a lot of lightly used clothes yet I turned in clothes that were either new or used once or twice and got turned down with NO explanation. Went in there with over $300 worth of items to be offered $5. And again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this once upon a Child for several years now and would say I’m probably a regular but the last couple times that I’ve been in here the customer service has definitely went downhill. Except for maybe four of the employees, the rest of them are very rude and not willing to help when asked a question really disappointed because I used to love this store

I'm actually surprised at some of the bad reviews Once Upon a Child has recieved here. Personally I've never had a bad experience. The customer service is good, the location is clean, and the options are amazing. You can find just about anything here. Clothing, activity gyms, strollers, bouncers you name it. Usually something new every week or so. I really think it makes sense to buy items that your child will out grow in a month or 2 from here at their very reasonable prices. Like in the picture I added here you can see the quality of products that they retain and again... you cant beat their prices on the usually expensive baby activity accesories and equipment.

My granddaughters love it. They can reach most of the clothes themselves. So they can pick out their own items. They can get more items for my dollar there, too. Also ... one of my granddaughters had to use the restroom, and they had one (locked) and it was nice and clean.

I absolutely love this place. You can take your gently used or new merchandise there and knees and you can get cash or a check if it’s over $75 and you can use it like to shop there if you want or just leave so you don’t even have to shop there if you don’t want. But they have super super super good deals like really really really good prices on all the stuff. And you can sell your strollers pack and plays toys anything not just clothes like I originally thought but they’ll buy anything and they sell everything baby or kid related. If you have never been here before you have to check this place out especially if your mom.
