I have been a patron at once upon a child for years I have 6 kids all different sizes and they all grow fast so this store has come in handy for my family so many times before, but selling them gently used items has discouraged me from buying or selling anything again. They paid me $1.50 for brand new girls crocs worn only once but because I missed the date to return them to the original store I thought I’d do a Christmas clean out and take them in to them…. $50 shoes for $1.50 wow.

Harassing phone calls while at work, to pick up clothes not accepted. Geez, can a girl work in peace?. Appears used clothing retail is an important profession. Throwing clothes away has less drama . Not worth the pennies in return.
Edit: while I do appreciate the same -day policy, and the business doesn’t own the clothes. A 24 hour policy would be more sufficient, or better yet, as in my case, the texts began 10 min after I left… I would have gladly stayed to save time, money and aggravation. Personal phone calls for pick up are unnecessary and harassing, period. And I never insinuated anything this note said. I stated I was working until 7pm and would try my best to swing over. Disappointed. It’s the holiday season. Customer service is lost here.

Its cluttered and doesnt really seam well organized but its what youd expect from a 2nd hand store. Kids clotheres seams to be ing good condition.

My grand daughter grew to quick so we took all her new clothes to them! 2FULL BAGS AND THEY GAVE US 21$!!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! THEY ARE NOT FAIR IN ANY WAY! HOPE THIS BUSINESS FAILS!

Clothes are decent priced, I wished they had more head wraps or hair/head pieces for little girls,they have definitely fell short supply in that section since they've moved.
But overall I did find some cute outfits
