Knowledgeable and Welcoming! - I went in person to try several brands of binoculars - this was a serious purchase for me, one I wanted to do in person so I would feel comfortable with the right pair. Pete and Steve welcomed my many questions. Pete went through the details of each brand I was considering. I was able to test and see the differences. In the end I purchased a pair of Swarovski NL Pure binoculars - I am Thrilled with my choice - and one I would have never made had not tried and been informed about them. I also purchased a pair of Celestron Nature for my granddaughter, another good choice. I highly recommend visiting the store, meeting them and looking over the numerous brands of optics. Great Service, good prices - I will return to purchase a scope!

I went to the store looking to buy a pair of binoculars. I am new to bird watching and knew nothing about binoculars. The sales person that helped me was very nice and took the time to explain all the differences in price level. I got to try out different binoculars to see the differences and find the right one for me. I went to the store thinking I would start with a beginner base model, but ended up going with a more expensive one, and I am so glad I did!

Top shelf customer service. Called multiple time to discuss options for my specific application. Pete was patient and answered each question with detailed information. Listened to my concerns and addressed them fully. It is a rare occurrence now days to find this type of customer service and patience. I am now a customer and will continue to be when my needs require further optics in the future.

Over the top great service! In these days of automation and outsourced customer service, we sometimes have low expectations, but Optics4birding stands out as an exception. I had an issue with a manufacturer's defect and Pete was not only very professional in his responsiveness, but he stayed with the issue personally and with full awareness of my needs until it was resolved, to my full satisfaction.
