Mucha rasisimo. Si no eres piel blanca te icnoran. Pase 30 minutos buscado algo para plomeria y solo me mirava sin preguntarme si nesesitava alluda en encontrar loque nesesitava. Ocupan en mejorar el servisio al cliente sin ver el tipo de color de piel de los clientes. Todos somos umanos y hijo de un solo dios.

Overpriced compared to Ace and True Value. Incredibly rude managers if you happen to run into them, to the point where I won't be shopping here again unless it's an emergency and I can't get what I need from a smaller hardware store. And even then I'll probably just go out to Home Depot if I have to.

It's a shame because I LOVED Orchard Supply Hardware and was there at least twice a month. The nostalgia made me really try to love this place, but this Outdoor Supply Hardware isn't even a shadow of what the old OSH was.

Edited to add: when my last bad experience happened, I emailed the store and contacted OSH through their website the way they recommended in their reply to this review and never got a response from either method, so I do not think that they are actually interested in "the opportunity to make things right".

I am not handy at all, but decided to build a chicken coop myself and did it!! I give a lot of credits to the staffs at Outdoor Hardware Supply in Moraga!! They showed me what tools/nails/materials to use, took their time to explain DIY steps, and in several occasions, helped me to cut pieces to size/shape!! This is definitely a local gem, and I am glad I do not have to leave town to get what I need.
