Haley Palmer has been my hairstylist for several years. She is awesome about listening to what I would like done and also giving her advice when I'm not positive of the direction I want to go. She is always personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am always very happy with the outcome and see her every four weeks.

Over the past year, she has also added my husband as a customer. She does a great job with his hair and beard/goatee. He really likes the results when she's done. Nice to see someone who can do a men's cut so well.

We both highly recommend Palmer Salon.

I am a woman in my 70's. When Ms. Haley finishes with my hair I feel 20 yes. younger ~ I guess that pretty much says it all!!::)) VERY happy customer here. Haley gets it right the first time around. Pleasant atmosphere, clean, competitively priced. You cannot go wrong here ~ wrong is not in Haley's vocabulary.

The absolute worst customer service. Do not book here. They are only in it for the money. When I reached out confused about things such as appointment location and dates I was pretty much told that I was dumb.

I hate to have to change my review after a solid few years of good service and hair cuts / care. However, I was extremely let down during my last visit. The first issue, Haley was hard to get ahold of. I originally made two appointment and 2 days before the appointment tried to call at least 2 times and texted 2-3 times to cancel the second appointment for that day as the person who was supposed to come with me could no longer leave work to make the appointment. I received NO response until less than 5 minutes before I walked in for my own appointment (which I was unsure was even mine since she did not reply with which time slot was mine). So I drove 45 minutes to get there and guess and hope that it was the right time. Throughout the haircut she was distracted by talking to who I assume was the tanning salon receptionist for about half my appointment. I showed her photos of what I wanted and while I tried to be positive it looked absolutely NOTHING like the photos. Not even remotely close. I chalk this up to the very important conversations she was having with the receptionist while cutting my bangs. She told me the color I wanted was actually just PARTIAL highlights and somehow charged me the same price a hair color would be (and IS at my new stylists shop as I will not be returning to her). When I got home and my hair settled I realized just how uneven my bangs were and the haircut was. As a mixed Indigenous person my hair is very important and to have it be butchered is so disheartening. I politely sent Haley a message with how displeased I was because her work up to this point has been amazing. I was really hoping she would be gracious and understanding, and own up to her mistake. However I was met with excuses and an attitude. And because of just how short my bangs are there is nothing that can be done to “fix” it. I asked for curtain bangs and got choppy short straight across bangs that take forever in the morning to look decent/ presentable. I spent a large amount of money to not get what I wanted only to be offered to be refunded the tip amount( which I did not give as I was not given what I asked for). Super disappointed as I used to recommend her to everyone but not any more. Waste of my time and money.

The staff at Palmer salon are some of the most welcoming & professionals stylist I have been to. I walked in one day with a mess of a head of hair & the owner said we can help you. I sat down got my very damaged hair restored to shine & health & a beautiful color with highlights and I’ve been going there ever since because they are the best. I look forward to my appointments there. If your looking for a friendly welcoming non judgmental place then I highly recommend Palmer Salon.

I go a long time between cuts..Each time I go to Palmers I leave feeling so refreshed and have my confidence back! I never have to ask who my appointment is with-all the girls do an awesome job. 10/10 recommend for busy moms like myself; they are always great with same day appointments too!

I’ve been going to Palmer Salon to get my hair done by Lexi for the past two years. Lexi is amazing! She listens to what I want and creates a beautiful outcome! I’ve had highlights, purple hair and currently rocking black hair. I followed her here from her previous salon and love it! Everyone at the salon has always been great!
