I’ve been going to Papa’s for close to 30 years. I love the the place is still carries so many of the old products from Ralph’s days but have added so much more too. Tried the banana pudding today for the first time and it did not disappoint. Of course I had to get the fresh sausage and tomato pie also.

I can’t speak highly enough about Papa’s. Luis is super friendly and always happy to engage with his customers and Arturo has never steered me wrong at the deli. I’ve gotten everything from Porterhouses to flank steaks and the quality is always top notch. The frozen section is perfect if you want a quick meal one night, eggplant parm, meatballs, sausage and peppers, you name it, they’re all tasty! Also, some of the freshest rolls in town and amazing imported cold cuts. Their broccoli rabe is also a must try. Don’t sleep on their dessert section either, the tira misu is a standout and I always bring home some biscotti or panettone when I visit my family. Luckily, Papa’s is only a few blocks away from me but if they weren’t, I’d be going out of my way to support them.

I reached out to Papa's a week or so before needing some catering for a football party. I ended up messaging them over Instagram and was able to easily order that way. Luis delivered everything to my house on time and it was all very delicious! We had many compliments from our friends on the meatballs. And the veggie tray went really nicely with the tomato pie. I will definitely plan to order catering from them again.

The owners at Papa's are there every day. Their meat and cheese quality is spectacular with the best prices in town. Make sure to try their handmade specialty foods such as their meatballs, Italian sausage and veal spezzato. Don't miss out on their pork chops, they are the best you will find!
