Only giving a 2 star review because they do have a lot to pick from, BUT my experience was horrible! I came in Thursday around 5:30pm and purchased 3 balloons and 2 weights for $53! She never broke down the pricing to me but I needed them anyway. So that was 1 issue. 2nd issue I made an appointment on Thursday to come in on Saturday around 2pm to pick them up. Well my “surprise” got ruined which is why I got the balloons(I know not their fault) BUT I came in the very next day which is Friday at 12pm(noon) to try and get a refund since I have over 24 hours for my scheduled pick up time. As soon as I walked in I seen my balloons already blown up which caught me off guard since they were blown up already so early! Well since they were already blown up I was refused a refund!! My 3rd issue is WHY do they not tell you they blow your balloons up over 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time? That means my balloons are leaking helium for 1.5 days before I go to pick them up? My 4th and final issue is I ended up just picking them up Friday at 4pm after work since they were already blown up and refused a refund. So after spending $53 on 3 balloons the one only lasted 12 MINUTES IN MY AIR CONDITIONED CAR!!!! By the time I was passing by the cape may county zoo I seen my one balloon was already deflating! I was so devastated and disappointed! I will post pictures below! I had taken a photo when I first got into my car making a joke to my friend how my car was too small for the balloons so you see it inflated, THEN you’ll see how just a few minutes later one was starting to deflate already! I will also show you a picture of my balloon currently today which is Saturday my pick up day, my ballon is more than half empty!!! It’s a shame my balloons were inflated so early that I couldn’t get a refund within 12 hours after paying/ scheduling them to be picked up 2 days later! I just don’t understand how you “guarantee” 3/4 days of the balloons lasting when mine started to deflate within minutes!

I have been coming here for balloons for many years and have never had a complaint. They are fast, efficient, and also reasonably priced for how beautiful the balloons are and how long they last. Their balloons will float for weeks if you let them!! They also have a wonderful delivery service. They have been the go-to party place in Cape May County for over 20 years and never disappoint. The new owner has modernized the store and stays up to date with trendy balloons that create the most beautiful arches. Would 10/10 recommend!!!

Love the balloon choices they have! The new owner, Shannon, was so patient and showed me all the different styles and colors that she had. I told her my vision and she went above and beyond to make my party the best one. The balloons lasted long after the party was over as well. I 10/10 recommend checking this place out for your party needs.

It may look small but they got it all. Prices are comparable to other location of party supplies and this one is right on the main thoroughfare. Plenty of parking tight walking through if you need assistance. People are helpful and really friendly. The selection is amazing vast. If your looking for something unusual they most likely have it. Do call them if you are at a distance to make sure they have what you are looking for just to be on the safe side. No one wants to waste gas. Party supplies are also present, colors are sorted so you do not have to, silverware and more. Last time I was in they had a no go section for younger folks so do be aware. I think this section is not necessary for such a great store. I hope they take that out and find something more benefiting to the population. You need wedding, baby shower or other party specialities they have it. Stop in you will find what you need.
